WIPAll suggestions are very welcome. Remember this is WIP so alot is going to be changed (mostly some numbers and talents though). Please dont hesitate to say your oppinion as it can help me improve this concept. WIP
Grommash "Grom" Hellscream was the chieftain of the Warsong clan, and best friend and chief advisor to Warcheif Thrall. He was the first orc who drank the blood of Mannoroth the Destructor thus binding the Horde to the Burning Legion — and he would eventually pay the ultimate price to free himself and his people from the curse
In game Grommash is a Meelee Assasin who focuses on duels and sustained fighting. He has massive DPS and with the right Talents he can also become a powerful burster or even pretty tanky.
Combat Trait

Battle Rage
Every third basic attack Grommash lands a Critical hit on his opponent dealing an additional 25% damage and gains a stack of Battle Rage. Battle Rage can stack up to 5 times and he gains 10% Attack Speed for each stack. Grommash loses all stacks when he has been out of combat for 7 seconds.
When Grommash reaches 5 stacks he gains Warsongs Wrath for 5 seconds.

Warsongs Wrath
Grommash reduces the duration of all crowd control to him by 50% and causes all of his basic attack to Critically Hit.
Primary Abilities

Blood Fury
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Cost: 30 Mana
Grommash empowers his next 3 basic attacks making each of them a Critical Hit. Grommash also heals for 20 (plus 15 per level) plus 10% of his maximum health with each hit.

War Cry
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 50
Grommash lets out a howl of fury doubling the Attack Speed bonus from Battle Rage and increases his movement speed by 25% for 5 seconds. Grommash also increases his Critical Hit damage by an extra 25% while War Cry is active.

Meat Grinder
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Cost: 75 mana
After 0,25 seconds Grommash performs a quick spin slashing nearby enemies dealing 60 (plus 8 per level) damage and slowing them by 25% for a few seconds. Meat Grinder will deal an additional 12 (plus 6 per level) damage and will increase slow by 5% for every stack of Battle Rage. If Grommash has 5 stacks of Battle Rage Meat Grinder stuns for 1 second.

After a brief delay Grommash smashes Gorehowl into an enemy with great force dealing 50 (plus 15 per level) damage plus 5 (plus 0,25 per level) for every 1% health his target is missing.
If Grommash kills his target he instantly heals for 30% of his maximum health.

Tier 1
Block: Every few seconds you will reduce the damage of an enemy Heroes basic attack by 50%. can store up to 2 charges.
Battle Ritual: Each time Grommash gains a Battle Rage stack he heals for 5% of his maximum Health over 2 seconds
Seasoned Marksman: Every time a minion dies nearby you gain a stack. reaching 6 stacks permanently increases your Attack damage by 1. Hero Takedowns count for 3 stacks.
CHARGE!: War Cry´s Movement Speed is increased by an additional 10% if you run towards an enemy hero.
tier 2
Cripple: Critical Hits slows for X% for Y seconds.
Blood Bath: Reduces cooldown by 1 second for each enemy hero hit
Heat of the Moment: The third hit of Blood Fury gives you 2 stacks of Battle Rage.
Killing Spree: Meat Grinder now gives you a Battle Rage stack if you hit an enemy hero.
Nerves Of Steel: War Cry makes you Resistant reducing all incoming damage by 25%.
Cleave: Critical Hits deal 75% of your Attack Damage to all other enemies in front of him.
Tier 4

Laceration: Meat Grinder deals an additional 50% of the bonus damage over 4 seconds.
Counter: Every time an enemy Hero strikes you with a basic attack you will hit them with a Basic Attack (this does not stack Critical Hit or Battle Rage). this effect has a 1 second cooldown.
Giant Killer: Basic Attacks deals additional damage equal to 1,5% of the targets maximum health.
Rampage: Every Basic Attack while Blood Fury is active reduces its cooldown by 1 second.
tier 6
Dead meat: After using Meat Grinder you may cast another one for free within the next 4 seconds.
Stone Skin: Activate to gain a shield equal to 30% of your maximum health.
Berserk: Activate to gain 20% Movement Speed and 40% Attack Speed for the next X seconds
Reckless Onslaught: All Attacks of Blood Fury will cause you to charge a short distance at your enemy.
tier 7
Gorehowl Guillotine If Execute kills its target you may cast it again within a few seconds.
Heroic 2
For the Horde!: Warsongs Wrath grants full immunity to Crowd Control and Basic Attacks extend the duration of Warsongs Wrath by 1 second.
This seems a very balanced hero. You just need to add some values in order to make his passive not too strong. I see him to be like The Butcher, but without any escapes/gap closers.

it would appear that the pictures for my Talents are broken. Dunno what caused this but im gonna try to fix it.
