Rend is now a cone type attack that can hit multiple targets No longer a Target based ability. ( Like Brutal Slam)

PIERCING HOWL:
Slows enemies around you by 30% of their movement speed for 5 seconds.

Cd: 60 seconds.
Range/radius is as large as a normal Bosses Capture point.
NEXUS BLADES: Basic Attacks deal 20% more damage and slow enemy Movement speed by 20% for 1 second.
