The Blood God

Hakkar the Soulflayer, the Blood God, is a malevolent and destructive loa notably worshipped by the Gurubashi trolls, and known in the troll pantheon as the Loa of Blood. He at one point controlled the Gurubashi Empire's fallen capital of Zul'Gurub. Hakkar heals his allies by taking damage. HEALTH 2250 (+0.04)

Blood Ritual; when Hakkar takes damage he restores health to allies with a blood ritual on them.
Death Siphon deals damage in an area and slows them.
Hemmorage is Hakkars main healing tool, damaging himself to grant a huge burst heal to his allies with Blood Ritual.
Sacrificial Pain is his way to deal consistent damage and gain armor.
Blood Boil is his healing heroic, Hakkar sacrificing his health in return to massively heal his allies.
Corrupted Blood this is Hakkars main damage heroic and infinitely spreads like the iconic bug in Vanilla WoW

Combat Trait

Blood Ritual
Cooldown: 1.5 Seconds
Hakkar targets an allied hero, whenever he takes damage it is converted into 50% healing for the damage he took.

Dealing damage to himself grants Hakkar 10 Blood, taking damage grants Hakkar 30 Blood. At 150 Blood, Hakkar gains 75% spell power that decays rapidly over 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 6.5 Seconds
Deal 100 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in an area and slowing them by 35% for 2 seconds.

If two or more heroes were hit gain 10 Blood.

Hemmorage
Blood: 50
Cooldown: 8 Seconds
In a spiral area of effect around Hakkar deal 150 damage (+4% per level) to Hakkar and restore 350 health (+4% per level) to nearby allies.

Sacrificial Pain
Blood: 75
Cooldown: 12 Seconds
Hakkar deals 140 damage (+4% per level) to himself and gains 25 armor and 25% bonus movement speed for 4 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Blood Boil
Cooldown: 50 Seconds
Hakkar inflicts 200 (+4% per level) damage onto himself and restores 480 (+4% per level) health to allies afflicted with Blood Ritual. If Hakkar has 2 or more targets with Blood Ritual the targets gain 20 armor for 2 seconds.

Corrupted Blood
Cooldown: 75 Seconds
Hakkar deals 150 damage (+4% per level) to himself then in a large area of effect around him deals 350 (+4% per level) damage to all nearby enemies and inflicting Corrupted Blood onto them, dealing 150 damage (+4% per level), this will spread indefinitely between enemies and Hakkar.

Level 1 Talents

Pain and Sorrow: Quest: Hit 20 heroes with Death Siphon.
Reward: After hitting 20 heroes, increase Death Siphons damage by 100 and it now heals Hakkar for 250 (+4% per level)
Blood Donor: Collecting regeneration globes grants Hakkar 5 Blood, killing enemy heroes grants Hakkar 50 Blood. Increase maximum Blood to 300.
Cross Contamination: Hakkar takes 4% more damage from Hemmorage to increases the healing by 4%.

Level 4 Talents

Infuse Bones: Dealing damage with Death Siphon grants Hakkar 5 armor. If Hakkar gains 30 or more Blood with Death Siphon gain 20 armor instead.
Speedy Recovery: Gain 5% additional movement speed for each active Blood Ritual on allied heroes. Increase this bonus by 100% if you have maximum Blood.
Transfusion: Hemmorages healing is increased by 15% and is increased by 5% per additional active Blood Rituals.

Level 7 Talents

Rapid Anemia: After using Sacrificial Pain, Hemmorage gains 100% bonus damage and healing for the next 5 seconds.
Cause Insanity: When Sacrificial Pain is used Hakkar is Feared for .3 seconds and gains maximum Blood. Hakkar also deals bonus 50% bonus damage for 4 seconds.
Will of Hakkar: Cooldown: 60 Seconds
Hakkar takes 350 (+4% per level) damage to activate to make a target allied hero Unstoppable for 1 second.

Level 13 Talents

Cycle of Pain: Basic Attacks reduce Hakkars basic ability cooldowns by 1 second. Hakkar gains an additional 10 Blood for each Basic Attack.
Bilirubin: When Hemmorage is used Hakkar gains 500 bonus health per allied hero effected by Blood Ritual.
Soul Infusion: Every 50 Blood that Hakkar has increases his next abilities damage and healing increased by 25%.

Level 16 Talents

Sins Infused: Hitting an enemy hero with Death Siphon grants Hakkar 5% increased spell power up to 50% bonus spell power. You can exceed 100% bonus spell power with Blood Rituals maxiumum Blood bonus.
HIPA Violation: You can target enemy heroes with Blood Ritual, they take 5% increased damage per 50 Blood. At maximum Blood they take 50% more damage. You can target up to 3 maximum enemy heroes.
Chain Reaction: Gain a 575 (+4% per level) hitpoint shield per enemy hit with Hemmorage. Allies with Blood Ritual on them gain 25 armor for 2 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Necrosis: Blood Boil explodes for 854 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemy heroes and slows them by 75% for 4 seconds.
The Plague: Corrupted Blood deals 10% of the targets missing health over 5 seconds after spreading to other nearby heroes. Corrupted Blood cooldown reduced by 50 seconds.
Optimistic Followers: Gain a second charge of Death Siphon. Takedowns refresh both charges and increase the next Death Siphons healing by 300%.
Loa of Blood: Cooldown: 60 Seconds
Activate to give all allied heroes with Blood Ritual applied to them Unkillable for 1.5 seconds.
