Barbarian of Arreat

HOTS could use more generic warriors, but most D2 characters are more bruiser types, so both are combined in this character. Talents and ultimates alow the barbarian to specialize one way or the other, similar to how Falstad has multiple styles.

Combat Trait

1
Concentrate/Berserk
Passive: The Barbarian gains 30 physical armor while attacking.

Activated: The barbarian's physical armor is set to 0. However much armor the barbarian would have had is instead applied as a percent damage bonus.

Fsome numbers:

Barbarian is attacking, berserk toggled off. 30 physical armor, normal damage.
Barbarian is attacking, uther just healed him. 55 physical armor, normal damage.
Barbarian is attacking, has berserk on. 0 armor, 30% bonus damage.
Barbarian is attacking, was just healed by uther. 0 armor, 55% bonus damage.

Primary Abilities

1
Leap Attack
Jump to a location. if this hits an enemy, deal damage. Low/medium cooldown.
2
Warcry
Stuns nearby enemies for .5 seconds. Enemies farther away have their damage and armor reduced by 20% for 2 seconds.
3
Blocking strike
Raises the barbarian's physical armor by 30 for about 2-3 seconds, or for 2-3 attacks. Deal less damage, but stops the target from attacking for 1 second (Or whatever the normal autoattack time is)

Heroic Abilities

1
Frenzy
When activated, each attack by the barbarian increases his move and attacks speeds (probably by around 5-10%) up to a maximum value. Duration is around 3 seconds, is refreshed by attacks. What frenzy runs out, it cannot be activated again for around 20-30 seconds.
2
Bash
Deals damage, stuns, and knocks back the target. Melee attack. Low cooldown (6-8 seconds or so).

Talents

Level 1
Neverending Practice: Quest. Deal and reduce by armor a certain amount of damage. Reward. Concentrate armor increased to 40.
Find Potion: Quest. Gather regen globes to increase health regen. Reward. More hit points. When enemies die near the barbarian, they have a chance to drop a health globe.
War jump: Increases Leap attack range.

Level 4

Berserker Rush: while berserking, move 10% faster
Hamstring: While concentrating, slow attacked enemies by 10%
Interfere: All attacks made during blocking strike stop enemy attacks for 1 second.

Howl: Warcry also reduces enemy skill damage for a few seconds.
Energizing leap: After leaping, the next 2 attacks deal extra damage.

Level 10

Bash, Frenzy

Level 13

Natural Resistance: Concentrate gives spell armor in addition to physical.
Weak Spots: Deals 2% of max health as damage with each attack.
Escape: Taking damage reduces leap attack
