[Q] - Storm Shot
Active; Skill the Hero First Cast: Hanzo begins charging a bow shot for up to 6 seconds. If not reactivated within this time, the ability is canceled. Hanzo moves 20% slower while charging Storm Shot.
Second Cast: Hanzo fires an arrow in a targeted direction, which impacts with the first enemy hit. It deals 200 damage, increased by up to 150% depending on how long it was charged(30% additional damage per second charged). The arrow travels over roughly 1 second, increased by 0.1 seconds per second charged, up to roughly 1.5 seconds at maximum charge.
Range - 5.5, increased by 1.1 per second charged, up to 11. Cooldown - 1 second, starting after the second cast or 6 seconds, whichever comes first.

Active; It actually takes skill to reveal people with this Enhance your next Storm Shot, granting it the following properties:
It now collides with walls.
In a decent radius around the arrow, enemy heroes are revealed for 4 seconds.
Reactivate before firing Storm Shot to refund the cooldown and remove the effects.
Activating Sonic Arrow while Scatter Arrow is active will change the effect, refunding Scatter Arrow's cooldown and removing its effects.

The arrow now travels twice as far as normal, dealing 0(Plus 3 per second charged(15 at maximum charge)) additional damage for every unit the arrow travels(330 additional damage at maximum range and charge).
The arrow's travel speed is increased by roughly 0.05 seconds per second charged, or 0.25 additional travel time at maximum charge.

Scattering Quiver - Scatter Arrow gains a charge.
Scatter Arrow gains an additional charge, with no cooldown between uses.
Level 20|Tier 7 Dragon's Bite - Dragonstrike slows and catches enemies caught in its radius
Dragonstrike applies a 20% slow for every second an enemy remains in its area, stacking up to 100%, lasting for 2 seconds. If the slow reaches 100%, the enemy starts being dragged with Dragonstrike for 2 seconds, resetting the slow afterwards.

Speed of the Dragon now increases movement speed by 30%, and lasts an additional 10 seconds.
Black Arrows - Storm Shot deals max health damage.

Marked by the Dragon moved to talent Level 16[Tier 6](Previously Level 13[Tier 5]). Damage increased from consuming a mark to 200(was 160).
Level 13[Tier 5] is the 'Arrow Tier', holding three selections for more enhancements of Storm Shot.
Technically yes; While I have had the idea to make Storm Shot deal Physical Damage(and perhaps the different arrows change that, or maybe not) run through my head for most of the time I've spent considering what to do with him, I've kept it as ability damage for now. I'd be willing to change it if it was preferred by people, though.
I love that idea actually, the no basic attack and you aim your shots. Brilliant mate!
