Harlan's basic abilities target an additional enemy.

Loaded Dice can be activated to Deflect enemy abilities back at their owners, dealing 25% of the deflected damage, for 0.25 seconds.

Create a windstorm under the target enemy that deals 20 damage, moving them towards Harlan. If any enemy hits Harlan, then all affected enemies are stunned for 0.5 seconds.

Creates a marked area under the targeted enemy. After 0.75 seconds, cannon fire crashes down onto the marked area dealing 45 damage over 3 seconds.

Stores up to 3 charges.

Harlan swings in a circular path pushing enemies away and dealing 35 damage. This can be cancelled early and Harlan will jump in the direction he is currently facing.

Throws a bomb at target area that sinks into the ground. Creating a crater of unpassable terrain that slowly moves towards Harlan. Enemies who hit either Harlan or the terrain cause the bomb to explode dealing 130 damage to all enemies over 3 seconds and removing the unpassable terrain.

Summons Captain Nibs in an area next to the target ally. Captain Nibs uses his own Loaded Dice and will jump in front of skill shots intended for target ally redirecting the damage to itself. This can be reactivated to target another ally.

Captain Nibs respawns automatically after 45 seconds.
