The ultimate summoner, master of cards. The Inn Keeper walks around with one hand with his cards and the other is drawing cards from his deck which he then throws as his basic attack.
At level One Harth has 1 Mana and gains an extra crystal every level (Max 10), he will have a card in each ability slot (QWER). He will only be able to use the 1 cost cards or 2 if harth has chosen the Coin talent.
Harth progresses slowly gradually being able to play more, at level 7 you unlock two more cards to add to your deck, harth must choose what cards best aid the play style he wants to achieve, Additionally Harth unlocks a powerful legendary card at level 10 choose one he must choose one now but can also choose another at level 20.
At level 20 it is possible to have 10 cards in your deck in total, rotating all 10 in your 4 slots, you can also have 9 if you pick mana hungry, which will make playing the cards you want more frequent and overall easier.

Harth's basic abilities cost mana crystals, each ability has its own separate mana cost and cooldown and you will draw a new ability at random which will be usable after the initial abilities cooldown has expired. Gain a mana crystal every level and also refill all empty (capped at 10). Refresh all crystals every x seconds.

(1) Angry Chicken - throw an angry chicken at the enemy that explodes is splash damage (feathers)
(1) Dragon egg - Place an egg on the ground that releases two whelps when an enemy stands on it, attacking the nearest enemies.
(2) Blow Gill sniper - A ranged Murloc that follows target dealing damage until duration is over or target is out of range.
(2) Ironbeak Owl - Straight line skillshot which always goes to max range and splashes and silences in a small area.
(3) Emperor Cobra - Cast on target, Cobra will follow and attack that target inflicting poison damage, will recast if target is
destroyed.
(4) Chillwind yeti - Slow, hard-hitting minion which is summoned in an area and stays in close proximity.
Level 1 talent.
Ancient Coin (Active) use to gain one mana crystal (still max 10) (Cooldown 60 seconds). (!) Collect Regen globes to reduce the cooldown by 1 second for each globe collected. 0/30
Card Crafting (!) Collect dust from destroyed minions to reduce the cooldowns of your basic abilities by X seconds 0/1600 Once you collect 3200 turn all cards golden 0/3200
Arena Key (!) Eliminate 12 enemies to permanently reduce recall time to 1 second 0/12, count resets after dying 3 times 0/3.
Level 4 talent.
Spectator mode: (Active) reveal a large area unveiling all stealth characters or items. Cooldown (30) usable when dead.
Rope: (Active) Lower your cooldowns and use your all mana available before the rope runs out or you will be stunned for 1 second.
Ramp: killing enemy heroes and minions refunds a crystal for every hero and for every 6 minions killed.
Level 7 talent.
Aggro:
(5) Leeroy Jenkins: Long range straight line fast travel speed skill shot with high damage, summons two whelps that attack you.
(1) webspinner: Webspinner drops from the sky slowing all enemies in splash zone.
Tempo:
(6) Dragonfire potion: Fire erupts in a large ring around your hero dealing damage to all enemies.
(3) Savage Roar: Increase your attack damage and the damage of your other cards.
Control:
(5) Antique Healbot: Heals your hero for 1/3 of his max HP
(20) Molten Giant: A large fiery giant who burns all enemies close and attacks and moves very slowly, but hits hard and has a large health pool. Costs less the lower percentage your health is.
Level 10 talent.
Aggro:
(3) King Mukla - Swings onto the battlefield knocking enemies to the side, dealing small damage and leaving 4 slippery bananas in his path which will randomly displace all heroes who stand on them including allied heroes.
tempo:
(7) Dr. Boom - Explodes in small area when summoned. Summons two boom bots every 5 seconds which will chase enemy heroes and explode dealing random damage in a splash area. Boom has limited movement range and auto attacks very slowly. Duration 20 seconds.
Control:
(5) Brawl - Channel and force all heroes in side of zone to basic attack each other, allied and enemy. Duration 3 Seconds
Level 13 talent.
Fatigue: (Active) give an enemy hero fatigue, and inflict increasing damage the longer they stay in range.
Quick draw: Increase your basic attack speed by X%
Borrowed Power: (D) Activate a hero power of 3 which are randomly rotated, heal self, gain armor, loose health and lower cooldowns.
Level 16 talent
DinoSize: (Active) Select one of your summons or lane minion and increase its size and tremendously.
Top deck: Every 3rd basic attack does critical damage.
Rngsus: When you spend all your mana crystals give your hero a random effect: health regen, Lose 10% HP, immune, lifesteal, spell power +/-, armor +, Windfury (attack speed up)
