Hebel

Sly Thief

A sly thief, Hebel relies on wearing his opponent down with tick-like damage and tricking them, appearing all over a small radius in the battlefield.

Combat Trait

1
Deceive
Cooldown: 6s

Activate for Hebel to switch places with an allied or enemy minion. ! Quest: Kill 100 minions.
Reward: Hebel gains Stealth for 2 seconds after using Deceive. ! Quest: Kill 250 minions. Reward: Deceive's cooldown is reduced by 50%.

Coward!
Hebel's Hearthstone time is reduced by 30%, but any damage he takes while Hearthing is increased by 25%.

Primary Abilities

Slice Artery
Cooldown: 5s

Hebel slices his target's artery, dealing 72 (+4% per level) damage over 4 seconds. While the target takes damage, they're applied a Slow, starting at 12.5% and increasing up to 30% for each tick of damage they take. If an enemy receives the entire duration of damage and Slow, they will take 15% increased damage for 2.5 seconds from all sources.

Classic Escape
Cooldown: 9s

Hebel tosses a smoke grenade at his feet, creating an area for 3 seconds that deals 43 (+4% per level) damage each .25s to enemies within and reducing their vision radius by 50%. While Hebel is in the radius, he is Invisible and gains 5 Armor. His Basic Attacks while in the smoke will increase the bomb's duration by .5s up to 1.5 additional seconds.

Substitute
Cooldown: 11s

Hebel Stealths for 1.5 seconds and gains 70% Movement Speed for the duration. In the location he cast this ability he will leave a scarecrow, able to absorb 2 Basic Attacks and will last for 3 seconds otherwise. If the scarecrow is destroyed by damage, Hebel will Stealth and gain 70% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds.

Garrote
Available only from 'Garrote' Talent
Cooldown: 60s

Activate to blink behind a nearby enemy Hero and Root Hebel and them in place for 3 seconds, dealing 164 (+4% per level) damage over the duration.

Heroic Abilities

Pocket Rope
Cooldown: 50s

Hebel channels for .75 seconds and launches his pocket rope in a long, thin line in front of him. If it hits an enemy Hero, Hebel will Stealth for 2 seconds and stake his rope in the ground, slowly pulling the enemy Hero to the location over the next 3 seconds. Hebel's Basic Attacks to the enemy Hero caught in his rope will deal bonus damage equal to 2% of their maximum Health and increase his Attack Speed by 10% for each strike, up to 60% bonus.

Step
Cooldown: 20s

Hebel blinks to a nearby area and emits a small explosion around him, dealing 84 (+4% per level) damage and Stunning enemies hit for 1 second. Hitting an enemy Hero will reset Deceive's cooldown, and its next cast will only result in a 1 second cooldown.

Special Mount

Nervous Jog
As a coward and a trickster, Hebel mounts with a normal speed but instead runs with a scared, panicked animation.

Level 1 Talents

Slick Moves (Deceive)
Deceive increases Hebel's movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds.

Tricky (Deceive)
Hebel can reactivate Deceive within 2 seconds to teleport back to his original position.

Expert In Flee (Coward!)
Minion damage will not stop Hebel's Hearthstone.

Level 4 Talents

Carotid (Slice Artery)
Slice Artery's damage over time is increased by 50%.

Suffocate (Classic Escape)
Enemies in Hebel's smoke bomb have their Armor reduced by 2% for each tick of damage they take. Cap: 20%

Executor (Deceive)
Using Deceive on an enemy minion with 20% or less health will execute it and grant you a stack of Bribe, capping at 32. (It takes 8 to bribe a Merc.)

Level 7 Talents

Trickster (Substitute)
The scarecrow Taunts nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds.

Olympian (Substitute)
Hebel gains 110% movement speed rather than the original 70%.

Camouflage (Substitute)
Substitute's Stealth duration is increased to 2 seconds, as well as the Movement Speed.

Level 13 Talents

Infection (Slice Artery)
Enemies have their Armor reduced by 10%. This bonus applies to the already-affected damage over time from Slice Artery.

One Free Shot (Coward!)
Hebel gains a shield absorbing one shot while Hearthing. His Hearthstone time is reduced by an additional 10%.

You Can't See Me (Classic Escape)
Hebel's smoke bomb can remain for 3.25 additional seconds maximum, rather than 1.5.

Level 16 Talents

The Straw Man (Substitute)
When the scarecrow expires, it explodes for 103 (+4% per level) damage and Slows by 30% for 1.5 seconds.

Garrote (Active)
Activate to blink to an enemy Hero and Root them & Hebel in place, dealing 164 (+4% per level) damage over 3 seconds.

Negotiation (Passive)
Mercenaries now cost 4 to Bribe, rather than 8. Mercenaries have 50% increased Health & Damage. (Not bosses.)

Level 20 Talents

Double Pronged Rope (Pocket Rope)
Hebel can reactivate Pocket Rope once while an enemy is attached to launch it to another area, pulling the enemy Hero even further. The staked rope now takes 4 Basic Attacks to destroy, rather than 2.

No Obstacles! (Step)
Step deals 50% increased damage. Whenever an enemy Hero is hit by Step, gain a charge of Deceive up to 3 maximum. (Charges can be used with no cooldown in between.)

Into The Night (Passive)
Whenever affected by Stealth or Invisibility, Hebel gains 50% movement speed.

Retreat! Tactfully! (Coward!)
Hebel's Hearthstone time is reduced by 60% total. While Hearthing, Hebel takes 20% reduced damage.
