Heigan

Plague Necromancer

Though they retained their Humanity after making a pact with death, Necromancers became the most terrifying agents of the Scourge. These dark, insidious men were once thought to be aspiring geniuses by the Magocracy of Dalaran. However, their insatiable lust to delve into the secrets of the dark arts drove them to forsake their very souls. Ner'zhul, the Lich King, granted these malevolent sorcerers true power over the dead in exchange for their loyalty and obedience. The shadowy Necromancers have the power to command various types of Undead and even spread the foul undead plague.

Combat Trait

Decrepit Fever
Passive

Basic Attacks and Abilities that deal damage apply 1 Stack of Fever on non-Structure enemy. Fever can stack up to 5 Times. Each Stack deals 10 ( +4% per level) damage to enemy each second and the damage dealt by Decrepit Fever is returned to Heigan and his Skeletons as health. Decrepit Fever can last up to 5 Seconds if its not reapplied.

Deal 150 ( +4% per level) damage to all enemies in front of you and heal your Skeletons for same amount.

Unholy Frenzy

Cooldown: 10 Seconds


Increase Attack Speed of chosen ally by 50% for as long as he stays in your range. Loose 1% Health every Second for as long as the link is kept. If its used on Skeleton, its effect spreads to all nearby Skeletons as well.

Raise Dead
Active
5 Mana per Summon
Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Raise all nearby minions that died for up to 5 Seconds ago to become Skeletons of the Scourge. Melee Minions become Skeletal Warriors, Wizard Minions become Skeletal Mages, Ranged Minions become Skeletal Archers and Catapults become Meat Wagons. Each of the 4 Types of skeletons are just upgraded basic minions with +50% Health and +50% Damage. Skeletons last for 10 Seconds and they apply Decrepit Fever.

After 1 Second, Deal 400 ( +4% per level) Damage to enemies on chosen location and knock them back from that location and also Heal your Skeletons for same amount on that location. 2 Charges.

Skeletal Storm
Active
100 Mana
Cooldown: 100 Seconds


Sacrifice all active Skeletons and Deal 50 Damage ( +4% per level) + Additional 10% Bonus Damage per every Skeleton Sacrificed around you for 10 Seconds. Damage is dealt to all enemies standing in Skeletal Storm each second.

Talents

Level 1

[Passive]Necromancer Training-
Quest: Each Regeneration Orb Collected increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.5 . Can collect up to 20.
Reward: Upon Collecting 10 Regeneration Orbs, increase your Mana Regeneration by an additional 10 and Mana Capacity by 10%.
Reward: Upon Collecting 20 Regeneration Orbs, Increase your Health Regeneration by 10 and Health by 10%.

*Upon Full Completion, Heigan equips his Necromancer Staff.

[Q]Plague Tide-
Quest: Damage 50 Heroes with Plague Wave.
Reward: Increase Plague Wave's Range and Damage by 25%.


[E]Master of the Dead-
Quest: Raise 500 Dead Minions.
Reward: You can now Raise Minions that died for up to 10 Seconds ago.

Level 4

[E]Kill the Weak-Increase [E]Raise Dead Skeleton's Damage to non-Heroes by 100%.


[E]Skeletal Longevity-
Increase [E]Raise Dead Skeleton's Duration from 10 Seconds to 15 Seconds.



[Active]Poison Well-
Activate and chose any non-Destructed Healing Fountain of Enemy Team to make it Poisonous. First Enemy Hero that drinks from that fountain will instead take 25% Full Health as Damage over 5 Seconds. Only one Fountain can be Poisoned at the time and Enemies can't detect which Fountain is Poisoned. Cooldown is 30 Seconds.

Level 7

[E]Death Returns-
If no [E]Raise Dead Skeletons are active, Increase Cooldown recovery speed of [E]Raise Dead by 100%.


[Active]Dark Power-
Increase Damage and Health of [E]Raise Dead Skeleton by 10% for each other Skeleton active. Cooldown is 30 Seconds.



[Active]Sacrificial Skull-
Infest ground with Blight that will make You and all your Skeletons move 20% faster and that will increase your Health Regeneration by 100% while on it. Unholy Ground lasts for 10 Seconds and it reveals all enemies that walk on it. Cooldown is 30 Seconds.

Level 10

[R]Eruption-
Deal 200 ( +4% per level) Damage to enemies on chosen location and knock them back from that location and also Heal your Skeletons for same amount on that location. 2 Charges.



[R]Skeletal Storm-
Sacrifice all active Skeletons and Deal 50 Damage ( +4% per level) + Additional 10% Bonus Damage per every Skeleton Sacrificed around you for 10 Seconds. Damage is dealt to all enemies standing in Skeletal Storm each second.

Level 13

[W]Unholy Rage-
Unholy Frenzy now also Increases Attack Damage by 50%.



[W]Magic Frenzy-
Unholy Frenzy now also Increases Ability Power by 25%.



[W]Weakening Chain-
Unholy Frenzy can now be applied to enemies to decrease Armor of chosen enemy by 25%.

Level 16

[Q]Plague Resistance-
Plague Wave now Increases Armor of Skeletons affected by it by 50% for 5 Seconds. Additionally, you Heal 1% Health for every Skeleton Hit.



[W]Death Link-
Remove the Health cost from Unholy Frenzy and instead make it Heal you by 1% Full Health for every Active Skeleton upon Activation.



[Active]Cripple-
Activate to reduce enemy Hero's Attack Speed by 50%, Damage by 50% and Movement Speed by 50% for 5 Seconds. Cooldown is 30 Seconds.

Level 20

[R]Plague Cloud-
Eruption now leaves Plague Cloud on its location that deals 100 ( +4% per level) Damage each second to all enemies standing in it. Plague Cloud lasts for 5 Seconds. Also increase the number of Charges by 2.



[R]Bone Giant-
Skeletal Storm will now also create Skeletal Giant that has Health and Damage equal to Health and Damage of all Sacrificed Skeletons combined. Skeletal Giant Lasts as much as [E]Raise Dead Skeletons last.



[Passive]Spell Disruption-
Automatically Block Damage from One Ability that Deals Damage to You and Instead turn that Damage into Health that is restored to you. Cooldown is 15 Seconds.



[Passive]Black Death-
Whenever an enemy Hero dies while being affected by Decrepit Fever, Heal 25% of their Maximum Health.
