Volazj comes from an ancient city of Ahn'kahet. He brings insanity upon his enemies and leaves no chances to survive.

Insanity
Volazj's abilities affect mind of enemies hit. Every time an enemy is hit by Volazj's basic abilities they receive 1 stack of Insanity, which lasts 10 seconds and the duration is refreshed with every new stack. Upon reaching 5 stacks an illusion of affected hero is created. This illusion haunts the original and deals 30% of its basic attack damage. Illusion has 500 health and lasts 20 seconds or until it's killed. Enemies can't receive Insanity stacks while their illusion is alive.

Mind Blast
Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Deals 130 (+4% per level) damage to the enemy hero with the highest health within 3 meters range. For 3 seconds target receives 75% less healing from all sources. Using this ability slows Volazj by 60%, fading over 1 second.

Tentacle Swoop
Mana Cost: 60 Cooldown: 8 seconds
Activate this ability to start charging it for up to 3 seconds. Using it while charging causes it to deal 50 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in a cone and pull them a little towards Volazj. For every 0.25 seconds of charging damage dealt and conus range grow by 10%, reaching their limit at 2.5 seconds.

Corrupting Presence
Mana Cost: 90 Cooldown: 20 seconds
Slows all enemies in 3 meters range by 10% for 6 seconds. If "Corrupting Presence" hits Insanity illusion, the duration of illusion is refreshed and it's fully restored.

Mana Cost: 90 Cooldown: 100 seconds
Consumes all Insanity stacks from enemies within 10 meter range and deals 140 (+4% per level) damage for each stack consumed from target. If the enemy has no Insanity stacks on them, they're stunned for 3 seconds.

Shades of the Fallen
Mana Cost: 180 Cooldown: 120 seconds
Creates copies of dead allies near Volazj. These copies are uncontrollable and follow Volazj. Shades periodically use their basic abilities and they last for 15 seconds or until killed. Shades can endure 5 heroic attacks and deal 40% damage from any sources.
Level 1 Talents:
1) Growing Presence (E): Quest:
Refreshing duration of Insanity illusions gives you 1 stack of "Growing Presence". Reward:
Upon reaching 40 stacks increases range by 20%. Slow effect rises from 10% to 40% over 5 seconds.
2) Mind Flay (Q): Increases damage dealt by 50%, but it's now dealt over 3 seconds.
3) Herald of Madness (D): Insanity illusions have 20% increased movement speed and 10% increased attack speed.
4) Ancient Gazer (Active): Summons Ancient Gazer at the targeted point. Gazer reveals 7 meters area and lasts 35 seconds. Gazer also increases attack damage of Insanity illusions in its vision range by 15%.
Level 4 Talents:
1) All-seeing Tentacles (W): Enemies hit by "Tentacle Swoop" are revealed for 4 seconds and are prioritized by "Mind Blast".
2) Nature of the Faceless (Passive): Volazj gains 10 spell armor, which reduces incoming ability damage. This armor is increased to 30 while Volazj is stunned, rooted or slowed.
3) Affliction (E): "Corrupting Presence" applies 2 stacks of Insanity and interrupts affected enemies.
4) Terrifying Presence (E): "Corrupting Presence" reduces all damage of slowed enemies by 10%.
Level 7 Talents:
1) Deep Corruption (E): Quest:
Slow enemy heroes for 300 seconds in total, using "Corrupting Presence". Reward:
"Mind Blast" and "Tentacle Swoop" prolong the duration of "Corrupting Presence" by 0.75 seconds if they hit affected enemies affected by it.
2) Durable Doppelgangers (D): Increases health of Insanity illusions by 300 and their duration by 3 seconds.
3) Beheading Tentacles (W): "Tentacle Swoop" deals 75% more damage to stunned, rooted or slowed enemies.
Level 13 Talents:
1) Gift of Yogg-Saron (Passive): Every time Volazj receives 160 or more damage from one attack/spell he gains 30% increased spell damage for 6 seconds. This bonus stacks 3 times.
2) Dreadful Thoughts (Q): "Mind Blast" silences target and reduces its attack damage by 30% for 3 seconds.
3) Herald of Fear (D): Insanity illusions' attacks slow their targets by 10%, stacking up to 30%, for 1.25 seconds.
Level 16 Talents:
1) Endless Tentacles (W): Increases initial range of "Tentacle Swoop" by 75%. "Tentacle Swoop" now leaves slowing area which lasts for 3 seconds. Enemies in this area are slowed by 15%.
2) Mind Shatter (Q): Reduces "Mind Blast" cooldown by 3 seconds and causes it to deal additional damage equal to 2.5% of target's maximum health. "Mind Blast" now slows Volazj by 75% fading over 1.75 seconds.
3) Unstable Insanity (D): Whenever an Insanity illusion is created, all enemies in the range of 2 receive 160 (+4% per level) damage.
Level 20 Talents:
1) World's End (R1): "Doom" is now global. Enemies with no Insanity stacks, receive 5 Insanity stacks after the damage is dealt.
2) Haunts (R2): Shades are now invulnerable and deal 80% of all damage, but last only 10 seconds.
3) Whispers of the Old Gods (Passive): Enemies in 3 meters range from Volazj receive 1 Insanity stack every 5 seconds.
4) Mind Destruction (Q): "Mind Blast" now affects all enemies in its range with Insanity stacks on them.

21.02.17 - 'Mind Blast" and "Corrupting Presence" range decreased by 1. Added Level 1 Talents. Reworked "Growing Presence", it's now a quest and bonus range reduced from 33% to 20%.
