Creator's Commentary

Hey there,

maybe one of you is asking, if the concept sounds a little bit too OP. Maybe Yes, maybe NO 'cause of the high costs of wrath and high duration of their cooldowns. I try to figure it out, how it could be extremly difficult to use the right ability in the right moment you needed. Its not easy, because of the high wrath-costs and cooldowns you must think about it, what you want to do and which kind of spell in the right moment would be perfect for you and the team.

So I created a multi-class-hero, with two sources. Only Mana would be too easy, so we have 'wrath' for managing your skillage into the difficultest way as possible for the two source-system. That is only my opinion and for sure you can make things harder to master. Beware, you have only 2 seconds time to use an ability for wrath. Otherwise you'll charge it. In that case, you must decide, if you have enough time to spell it or not. Next point is: by activated Combat Trait, your wrath-mode is always primary according to your basic spell-form.

Also, you will have some new mechanics, which must be added to the game and a short change of the current talent system to make your decisions more harder, what you gonna do in the early game by picking them to increase your hero at lvl 16 and beyond. If you fail, you will have at lvl 16 one untouched talent and that makes only 2 variations left, where other heroes have 3, 4 or 5 talents at lvl 16.

If the concepts will reach attention, I'll do some fine adjustments prior to the damage -and spell damage but at the moment the final Talents and Abilities are done.

Hope you enjoy my Concept of one of my favorite Characters in Lore.

Pro:

-Pretty strong at lategame
-Multi-Class-Flexibility
-High Output Damage (Endgame)

Contra:

-Hard to Master; Right Talents very important, fast Casting Times
-Two-Source-System; High Duration, High Costs, right Source-Management
-Low Basic Sources; Mana, gaining wrath

Mechanics, Abilities and Talents explained

Combat Trait

Activated:Your Tier 6 Pally-Armor glows up. When you earned 120-Wrath, the glowing of Holy Light doesn't ends until you used it. Thats an indicator for enemies too, that they should be back off or beware your trait. If you are in Active Mode, your second ability of your Basic Spell, which use wrath is primary and you have only 2 seconds time to use it or not.
Your heroics work not in that way but rather use both sources at once, when your Combat Trait is active. Also you need Mana for your Trait, Mana for your Heroic plus Wrath and there you go.

For Example: Combat Trait Active + Your Q = Ashbringer Clash second mode; casting Consecration for 35 wrath

"***the additional spell-damage to daemon -and undead classified minions or heroes" with every Basic Attack was an idea of myself. What is, if you wield 'Ashbringer' and the Butcher is in front of you.... something should be happen. So I decided an additional burning-effect.

You can imagine by yourself, which hero or minion could else that be :-).

Your wrath-timer is near by your Heroe's icon, like Butcher's bloody fleshdrops or Diablo's soulshards.

PRIMARY ABILITIES

Ashbringer Clash
Drop your "Q" like Nova's "Q" but with a smaller range. Behind the tip of the direction arrow, you have a conical field, which shows you up, where your shockwave will follow and how far it goes. Your strike empoweres Ashbringer up and your sword glows in Holy Light at the shard near your swordtip.
Tirion smashes the sword in a wide angle from above to the opponents head as he would try to cut him in half and it looks pretty rough and feels so damn good to be a holy PallyWally.

Activated Combat Trait: Choose your ground target like Chromie's "W" and cast consecration. Tirion leads the Weapon into the sky and is during that animation static. A short Holy Impulse from your shard below Ashbringer's tip (Lightforged Naaru-Crystal) pops up and shows you the sanctified area in grumbling, holy Light, how you know the effect from WoW.

Seal of Enlightment
Just activate it and around Tirion you'll get the buff when you are within the radius. The radius will be shown as a circle like it is in Hammer's Siege-Mode. A small effect pops up and fill your Hero with the Holy Seal, like you see it as Maraad use a Seal Spell in the Burning Crusade Opening Cinematic.

Word of Glory
Target a allied Hero like Uther's Q and heal them.

SECONDARY ABILITIES

Aura of Retribution
Activate by pressing '1' and you have chosen the DD-Build Heroic. Effect a small area with your DPS-Buff. The radius is shown as a circle and everyone will know, which Aura is active 'cause due to their primary buffs, they'll earn different colors too. For your DPS Aura it will be something like red. You see the Aura Effect as a pulsating animation like you see it short in WC3, when Uther or Arthas use their ability (a blue, light shiney/glowing cross kinded symbol pops under your feet up).

Aura of Light
Activate by pressing '2' and you have chosen the Heal-Build Heroic. Effect a small area with your Heal over time Buff. The radius is shown same as above, only the Aura has the effect like the old 'Seal of Light' in World of Warcraft. It was a golden shiney pillar, covered in Light around your Hero and above your head was a small Symbol or letter.

Aura of Devotion
Activate by pressing '3' and you have chosen the Tank-Build Heroic. Effect a small area with your Armor-Buff. Same as above, only the Aura will have the color effect and cross in light, glowing blue.

For example a short picture:

Hammer of Justice
(Passive)Shows up, when you achieved the Reward of your LvL 1 Talent and activated your 'Seal of Enlightment'. Effect same as the Retribution Paladin in WoW. I am not sure, if they have that Spell yet: A falling Light Hammer from above to the opponent's head, during the primary hammer is covert with 3 smaller rotating hammers until the final blow.

Your Highlord Commands
Well, if he says so, the Light will purge every dishonorable Rouge and force them to reveal himself out of his camouflage to be judge by the Light. Same radius as your Basic Spell of the Enlightment Seal. Effects? Would be funny, when Tirion screams a short phrase, filled with Power in his voice to scare their **** off : -D.

HEROICS

The Ashbringer
Most of the effect is in the tooltip.

Light's Hope
Thats one of my favorite ability because of their new mechanic and the animation in my mind. First, when you become the 'Beacon of Light' you are a Huge 'IONLIGHTCANNON' (without the Ion ^^") constantly casted as a shiney, golden maelstrom of pure Light, which every allied Hero granted your Buff. But, if the enemies are too long in your casting area, they get blindfolded and that effect makes your Computer-Desktop 'white'. A white, shiney glowing effect pops up and makes hard to see something or control your hero. You only have to chose clicking some direction and hope you make it out. Maybe some lightforged Elements sparkling around.

By chosing the wrath mode, the second mode will be primary.

Bulwark of Righteousness

The casted Companion would be the same as in World of Warcraft. That Angel look alike beeing.

TALENTS

For the Talents there is not much to explain except the lvl 20 ones.

Aegis of Light
Your Lightforged Tier 6 Armor shines bright in Light and looked like it is in flames. Your Bubble / Holy Shield react with that and burst your lightning cascades like swapping thunder between each enemy. You look like a holy sun and your holy, electrian-like tails go through all bad boys.

An Act of Love
Due to the ultimate exam of the Light "An Act of Love" (Source: Ashbringer-Comic) and spoken words from Tirion, you will sacrifice yourself and die instantly. After that a huge Light Nova appears from your corpse as a 360
