Dealing at least 650 damage over 2 seconds on target enemy cause Hogger to become Enraged for 5 seconds. While Hogger is Enraged, he gets 40% bonus attack speed and his basic attack reduces all basic abilities’ s cool down by 1.5 seconds. This effect has 12 seconds cool down and cool down recharging of Enrage begins after end of its defined duration.

Hogger plunges his blade into the heart of the enemy. At the moment of the collision, deals 204 damages and injures the enemy for 3 seconds. It causes the enemy to lose 2% of his maximum health every second (10 seconds cool down and 50 mana cost).

At a once, Hogger punches his enemy’ s stomach hardly. Deals 215 damage him and causes him heartache, slow the target movement speed by 20% for 1.75 seconds also the punch action Increase target damage taken by 10% for 3 seconds (12 seconds cool down and 40 mana cost).

Hogger fires a poisoned arrow bullet from the mouth of his pipe. The bullet moves quickly and hit the first enemy within a maximum of 6 yards, deals 188 damage on him and makes them stun for 1.25 seconds (10 seconds cool down and 70 mana cost).

Passive: Hogger is equipped with several pieces of razor armor. This new equipment allows 15% of the physical damage received by the enemy to be returned to them. This amount become doubles while in Enrage active.

R2) Asymmetric Axe

Passive: Hogger holds an additional axe smaller than the main one in other hand. The second weapon deals to the enemy at the same time the main axe deal (basic attack), cause each basic attack to deals additional 50% damage on the target and slow movement speed by 20% for 1.5 seconds. This is a second Basic Attack, especially one that ignores blind effect.

Beside of Mount, Cast Z, then Hogger wears (the farmer's boots that have been stolen from him= Lore) for 4 seconds, cause to grant him 30% bonus movement for the duration, this movement speed bonus can be used during combat (25 seconds cool down).

-6% max Health in 2 seconds from an ability with 12 sec CD is too much. Better make it "-1.5% max Health every second for 4 seconds".

W)Gut's Fist
There is no need to write "increase target damage taken", you can just type "reduces the Armor", so basically:

Deals 215 to a target, Slows it by 20% for 1.75 and reduces their Armor by 10 for 3 seconds.

See? Ability is not changed, but the amount of words is reduced.

E)Mocking Blow
There is a reason why Hammer of Justice is a melee range ability. I hope you understand what i mean.

R1)Chain Armor and R2)Asymmetric Axe
I don't want to bully you, but HEROIC abilities need to have some Active part. And i know that Twin Blades don't have it.

Asymmetric Axe looks more of a Talent than Heroic, because it's just increases your attack damage by 50% and nothing else.
At least make it so you can throw this little axe at the target to slow them and deal some damage.

I have some issue with your ability, because it's ranged stun. Or does it works like Raynor's Q, i mean it's skillshot or is it target?

What i meant that Asymmetic Axe's effect doesn't feels like heroic ability. You just increase your damage by 50%. Varian's increases his attack speed, movement speed, reduces heroic strike's CD and also reduces his attack damage.
