(Name is pronounced "EE-fay")

Ife is a ranged assassin that uses her loyal zombie dogs to ambush heroes and pursue targets.

Combat Trait

Mana: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Ife summons a Zombie Dog that has 750 (+40 per level) health and deals 45 (+4% per level) damage that lasts until death. After 3 seconds of not taking damage, the Zombie Dog regenerates 1.5% maximum health every second.

(This Zombie Dog has similar AI to Misha, but moves at the same speed as a Hero. Also, Ife is not severely handicapped once the Zombie Dog dies.)

Activate to command the Zombie Dog to leap at a target, dealing 135 (+4% per level) damage.

Grasp of the Dead
Mana: 75
Cooldown: 14 Seconds

Ife summons ghoulish hands that reach out from the ground dealing 50 (+4% per level) damage per second and slowing enemies by 25%. Lasts for 4 seconds.

Ife banishes her Zombie Dog causing it to explode after 1 second dealing 475 (+4% per level) to nearby targets. Activation doubles Zombie Dog cooldown.

Cooldown: 120 Seconds

Ife summons a pool of deadly piranhas that deal 75 (+4% per level) damage over 1 second, stacking up to 3 times. Affected enemies become Vulnerable, taking 15% increased damage for the duration. Pool lasts for 4 seconds.

Level 1:
[Q] Spined Dart: [Quest] Damaging Heroes with Poison dart increases poison damage by 5%. [Reward] Upon reaching 100% bonus damage, increase initial damage by 50%.
[W] Tasker and Theo: Sic 'Em grants the Zombie Dog 25% movement speed for 4 seconds.
[E] Renewing Grasp: Refunds 15 mana per enemy Hero slowed by Grasp of the Dead.
[Passive] Mojo Regeneration: [Quest] Collecting Regeneration Globes increases Ife's Health Regen by 0.1. [Reward] Upon collecting 30 Regeneration Globes, increase Zombie Dog's Health by 200.


Level 4:
[Passive] Leeching Beasts: Damage dealt by Zombie Dog basic attacks heal both Ife and the Zombie Dog for 20% of the damage dealt.
[W] Mask of Jeram: Removes mana cost and lowers the cooldown of Sic 'Em by 5 seconds.
[E] Wilken's Reach: Increases radius of Grasp of the Dead by 20%.
[Trait] Undead Calling: Takedowns increase Zombie Dogs attack damage by 5%, up to 75%. Lose all stacks upon Death.

Level 7:
[Passive] Fierce Loyalty: Zombie Dog Basic Attacks reduce basic Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds.
[Q] Numbing Dart: Increases damage to stunned, slowed or rooted enemies by 25%.
[E] Desperate Grasp: Lowers cooldown of Grasp of the Dead by 4 seconds.
[Passive] Life in Death: When the Zombie Dog dies, heal Ife for 25% max health.

[Passive] Chilled to the Bone: Zombie Dog Basic Attacks slow the target by 25%.
[Passive] Burning Dogs: Zombie Dog gains a damaging aura, dealing 31 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemies.
[Passive] Enforcer: Zombie Dog Basic Attacks deal an extra 2% of a Hero's maximum health.
[Passive] Lone Wolf: While Zombie Dog is dead, reduce all incoming damage by 25%.

Level 16:
[Q] Splintered Dart: Poison Dart damages two additional targets for 30% damage, favoring Heroes.
[W] Rabid Dogs: Increases range and damage of Sic' Em by 25%.
[E] Unbreakable Grasp: Increases slow amount to 35%.
[E] Gripping Wounds: Grasp of the Dead damage to a target increases by 25% per second, up to 100%.

Level 20:
[R] Next of Kin: When a Zombie Dog is sacrificed, immediately summon a new Zombie Dog.
[R] Bogadile: After a short delay, the Bogadile will erupt from the ground stunning all enemies for 1 second.
[Passive] The Tall Man's Finger: Summoned Zombie Dogs are now 50% larger, have 100% increased health and deal 150% more attack damage. Summon Zombie Dog cooldown is increased to 25 seconds.
[Active] Spirit Walk: Disappear and become invulnerable for 2 seconds. Cannot be healed or damaged. 60 second cooldown.

I've seen this a couple of times and I end up always coming back to it because I really like this concept. I felt a bit hesitant at first in wanting to like it, because Heroes already has Nazeebo. But every time I see this, I'm like "Yeah, you know this is just cool". While she is a witch doctor, she is so much different than Nazeebo that it is a concept, in my opinion, it actually makes sense. She looks like she could be a terrifying Assassin, a mix of Rexxar with the terror of Kael'thas. And the best part of it is she doesn't seemed overpowered. Her skills, as you have them written seem very balanced to me. Effective, but not overpowered. Nice job!
