The poster below gave a pretty good example; it would be similar to the level 20 upgrade for Jaina'a water elemental. When you use a skill, your targeted ally also uses it.
Say you use Q (step 1) and dash in a certain direction, your ally would do the same, dealing damage in the process and so on.
