Champions Defense (W): Teleporting with Purge grants 65 Physical Armor against the Purged enemies next Basic Attack, reducing the damage taken by 65%.
Level 4:

Wavelength (Q): Increase the range of Solarion's Wrath by 50%.

Repent (W): Teleporting to an enemy with Purge reduces its cooldown by 2 seconds.
(!) Quest: Teleport to 15 Heroes using Purge.
(!) Reward: Increase the range of Purge by 100% and increase the Armor gain by 10.

Smite the Weak (E): Increase Pillar of Heavens damage to non-Heroic enemies by 75%.
Level 7:

Flame-forged Pillar (E): The fallen Pillar deals 43 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemies for its duration.

Bulwark of Heaven (E): Increase the radius of Pillar of Heaven by 15%.

Press On (Trait): Activating a charge of Valor also increase Movement Speed by 20% for 2.5 seconds.
Level 10:

Blinding Light (R): Activate to channel for 2 seconds, then fly to a chosen location, planting your spear in the ground, dealing 117 (+4% per level) damage. Re-activate this ability within 3 seconds to detonate from the point in a large area, dealing 168 (+4% per level) damage to all enemy Heroes, and making them incapable of seeing your allies for 1 second.

Eternal Champion (R): Activate to become Invulnerable for 2 seconds. When this expires, become Unstoppable and teleport to each enemy that attacked you whilst you were Invulnerable, dealing 204 (+4% per level) damage, stunning them for 1.5 seconds, and then returning to your original position.
Level 13:

Warmth (Q): Solarion's Wrath heals for 5% of Imperius' Max Health for each enemy Hero hit.

Light Shields (W): Increase the duration of Pillar of Heaven's shield by 2 seconds.

Flames of Valor (Active): Deal 17 (+4% per level) damage per second to nearby enemies. Every 10 points of Armor you have increases this damage by 50%.
Level 16:

Spectrum (Q): Solarion's Wrath now splits into 2 extra beams on impact instead of 1.

Judge, Jury, Executioner (W): Basic Attacks against the marked Hero increase the duration of Purge by 1 second.

Expose (W): Purge now affects all enemy Heroes in a small area around the original target. You can only teleport to the original target.

Tenacity (Trait): Increase the maximum Valor charges by 1.
Level 20:

Speed of Light (R1): Blinding Light now casts instantly.

Vindication (R2): Gain 10 Physical and Spell Armor for 4 seconds for each enemy stunned.

Inspiring Presence (Trait): Valor also affects all allied Heroes in a small radius around Imperius.
