Isendra is a high-damage, but low-health assassin. Most of her abilities are damage-based, with the exception of Frozen Armor, which provides her with some self-sustain. In order to maximize her potential, you have to pay attention in which order you cast your spells.

Damaging enemies with Cold after Fire slows their Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
Damaging enemies with Lightning after Cold deals bonus damage.
Damaging enemies with Fire after Lightning causes them to burn for 3 seconds, taking additional damage.
Primary Abilities

Fireball
Cast a Fireball at an enemy, dealing Fire damage.

Charged Nova
Create an expanding ring of electricity around you that deals Lightning damage to all enemies it hits.

Frozen Armor
Gain shield equal to 15% of your max health for 4 seconds. Any melee attackers who strike you take Cold damage.
Heroic Abilities

Hydra
Summon an immobile 3-headed Hydra that attacks nearby enemies with bolts of fire, dealing Fire damage. All heads may attack different targets.

Frozen Orb
Fire a slow-moving Orb that shoots ice bolts, dealing Cold damage. After reaching its maximum distance, the Orb explodes, dealing Cold damage in an area.
Talents
Level 1: Warmth: Each Regeneration Globe increases your Mana regeneration rate by 0.3 Mana per second. Transmission Line: Increases the travel distance of Charged Nova by 30%. Conjurer: Increases cast range of Fireball by 30%.
Level 4: Shiver Armor: Melee attackers who strike you have their attack speed slowed for 4 seconds. Fire Arrow: Fireballs travel 40% faster. Consume: Restore 5 Mana for each enemy hit by Charged Nova.
