The fifth and least memorable member of the Angiris Council, Itherael, Archangel of Fate, spends most of his immortal existence standing next to relevant quest-giving characters as an attempt to seem like one himself.

Place an angelic sigil on the ground. When you walk over it, heal for 15 for each second it remained in place.
Up to 3 sigils can be active at a time

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Mark your current location. In 20 seconds, return to that location. After returning, your next basic attack deals 100 additional damage.
Stores up to 4 charges. All charges return at once.

Heaven's Glare
Mana: 30
Cooldown: 8 seconds
After a 0.25 second delay, unleash a ray of holy light on a small area, dealing 90 damage and slowing enemies hit by 90% for 0.5 seconds.

Passive: Shadows of where all enemies were 15 seconds ago are permanently revealed to you and allies on the minimap.

Vector Targeting
