Draw a line in the ground, after 0.75 seconds a beam will explode dealing 179 damage and apply a Balance Mark. Your next basic attack against an enemy with a Balance mark triggers it with an effect based on your current trait.
If Focus is active, reduce their movement speed by 60%, decaying over 1.5 seconds
If Will is active will explode for 179 damage.

Large Range
Apply a temporal shield to an ally. After 5 seconds, 75% of all damage taken or dealt will be returned as a permanent shield

Empower an ally or yourself with the clarity of your current trait.
Focus-Causes their next 2 basic attacks to have a short charge at their target
Will- The next basic ability they cast will cost no mana and recharge 200% faster for 3 seconds

Active to reveal all enemies on the map for 10 second. Dealing damage with basic attacks or Force Beam will refresh this.
Passive: You deal 15% more damage, and receives 15% less damage from enemies who are revealed
