The Fallen Angel

"The angel Izual was Tyrael's lieutenant, but he was captured by the enemy after an ill-advised assault upon the Hellforge. Izual surrendered to demonic corruption and revealed the secrets of the soulstones to the Prime Evils. Tyrael claimed that Izual was slain years ago, but his replacement has never emerged from the Crystal Arch."

Known also as "another warrior from Diablo universe". ;)

Combat Trait

(TRAIT) COLD BLOOD
Every time Izual receives damage, he gains a stack of Cold Blood, up to 10. He recieves 1% reduced damage taken and 0,1% regeneration per stack. Izual loses a stack every 4 seconds if he does not recieve damage.

Primary Abilities

Powerful strike dealing medium-high damage.
Cooldown: 12 seconds

(W) FROZEN STORM
Spawns in area around you 5 ice crystals one by one, with a 0.3 seconds interval. Each crystal is exploding after 1 second, dealing medium area of effect damage and slowing enemies for 1,5 seconds.
Cooldown: 16 seconds.

(E) INFERNAL CHILL
Slows enemies movement and attack speed and dealing medium damage over time in area around you for 6 seconds.
Cooldown: 25 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

(R) DIAMOND SKIN
You are becoming invulnerable for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 100 seconds.

(R) FREEZING HELL
Freezing enemies around you, dealing high damage and stun nearby enemies for 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 120 seconds.

Special Mount

Izual's Pegasus
Winged horse, with colours similar to Izual himself. Pegasus would have giant bat-alike wings, long "devil" tail and split hooves. It could be mount bought by real money or purchasable for some Diablo achievement, just like Malthael's Phantom.
Default colors would be like Izual's - dark blue with shiny golden armor.
