Frost was a former commander of the Brontes IV colonial militia. He had retired from the militia only to be called by Bill Constantine, the Marshal of the planet, to assist in the defence of the planet from the Fist of Redemption led by Atticus Carpenter, however he eventually walked out after he was ordered by the Council of Inquiry to pillage civilian colonies as a warning against potential traitors
