Level 1:

Reckt!: Get Wrecked damage is increased 200% against minions and mercs.

Burning Rubble: At the end of Chariot of Fire, leave a small wall in your wake that impedes pathing.

And a Snack, Too: Pit Stop costs 10 less mana if Jake has a passenger, and it restores 20 mana to its Passenger.

Shotgun Wedding: Increase the mount range of Shotgun! And lower its cooldown to 3 seconds.

Level 4:

Too Fast to Kill: While Nitrous is active, Jake takes 10% reduced damage from all sources.

More Horsepower: Chariot of Fire increases Jake's movement speed by 5%.

Cleansing Flame: Chariot of Fire flames heal allies that stand in them by 25% of the damage.

I'll think about this, but I chose Jake specifically because he exists in WoW as well, so he has opportunities to interact with Warcraft heroes.
