Whenever Jaraxxus gets a takedown, the victim explodes, dealing 110 damage to nearby enemy heroes and summoning an Infernal. The Infernal has 347 health and attacks enemies dealing 87 damage each attack. For each Infernal currently alive, Jaraxxus gains 5 armor and 10% increased damage. Jaraxxus can cast INFERNO! on a friendly Infernal, causing it to explode, dealing 110 damage and healing Jaraxxus for 100% of the damage dealt.

Jaraxxus hurls a fel fireball, dealing 240 damage, with the damage decreasing as it travels in the air. If Jaraxxus hits 2 enemy heroes with Fel Fireball, an Infernal is summoned at the impact zone, and Jaraxxus is healed for 50% of the damage dealt.

Jaraxxus charges at an enemy hero, dealing 15% of their current health, plus 10% of their missing health, and stunning for 1 second. This can be cast on Jaraxxus to deal the damage to himself, but summon two Infernals. Jaraxxus gains 10 armor for 4 seconds after casting Ruthless Fel Charge.

Jaraxxus swings his fist forward, dealing 211 damage and slowing by 30% for 3 seconds to enemies hit. If Fist of Jaraxxus is cast again while Jaraxxus is swinging, an explosion is caused dealing 348 damage to Jaraxxus and all enemies in the blast area. If at least 2 enemy heroes are hit, Jaraxxus gains 20 armor for 3 seconds, summons an Infernal and roots all enemies hit for 1.25 seconds.

Jaraxxus places a curse onto an enemy hero, putting a 10 second timer on them. After 10 seconds, the enemy hero takes fatal damage. If this successfully kills the enemy hero, the cooldown Trifling Gnome! is reduced by 30 seconds and Jaraxxus gains 10% increased damage permanently.

Jaraxxus summons a meteor at a target location, dealing 217 damage, slowing enemy heroes for 20% for 4 seconds. At the impact location, a Fel Reaver emerges. The Fel Reaver has 2130 health and deals 139 damage per basic attack. The Fel Reaver targets structures, but occasionally shoots fel bombs at enemy heroes, rooting them for 1.25 seconds and summoning an Infernal. After the Fel Reaver dies, all Infernals die with it.
