Jaraxxus

Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion

Lord Jaraxxus is a melee specialist with a High Health Pool, he can also deal high area of effect damage Both while Team Fighting and Sieging, however he lacks any form of self sustain, crowd control or mobility which all can leave him very Vulnerable if not cautious.

This Hero Concept is Incomplete as it lacks a full talent List but rather has just a few i came up with.

Combat Trait

Infernal Meteor
Jaraxxus summons an Infernal Meteor which Collides in an area dealing a tiny burst of damage, The Infernal Remains in the area for 15 seconds and deals damage to all enemies around it every 3 seconds, it has a High amount of Health and takes 25% reduced damage from Structures.

Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Primary Abilities

Shadow Swings
Jaraxxus' next 3 attacks deal additional damage to the target and also damage all targets in a long cone behind the target, the third attack deals 50% additional damage and the radius of the cone is increased by 50%.

Cooldown: 7 Seconds

Curse the target for the next 4 seconds, when Agony expires it explodes dealing damage the target and their nearby allies, the Remaining duration of Agony is reduced by 1 second every time Jaraxxus attacks the target.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Allure of Flames
First Cast: Jaraxxus summons fel fire from his hand and throws it at a location, the fire lasts for 6 seconds and deals damage to all enemies standing within it every second, after it's been up for 3 seconds Jaraxxus can cast the second part of this ability.

Second Cast: Jaraxxus relocates the flame to another location and Refreshes it's duration, Jaraxxus can relocate the flame again after 3 seconds and can keep relocating it over and over, if Jaraxxus fails to relocate the flame it will go on a Cooldown.

Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Heroic Abilities

Abyssal Meteor
Jaraxxus summons an Abyssal Meteor which Collides in an area dealing a tiny burst of damage, the Abyssal remains in the area for 15 seconds and deals damage to all enemies around it every 3 seconds, it has a High amount of Health and takes 25% reduced damage from Structures, using this ability also reduces the Remaining Cooldown of Infernal Meteor by 15 seconds.

Passive: Infernal Meteor reduces the Remaining Cooldown of Abyssal Meteor by 15 seconds.

Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Nether Banishment
Jaraxxus channels for 1.5 seconds during which he opens a portal to the Nether on the Ground bellow him which grows to a large shadowy circle around him, after the channel is finished the area will remain for up to 6 seconds.

while Inside Jarraxus' allies and enemies cannot interact with anyone that is not within, additionally the outside cannot interact with the Inside either, this includes damage, healing and summons, they also cannot move outside or Inside the area for the Duration, Jaraxxus can however step out, doing so will cause the portal to collapse after 0.75 seconds.

Cooldown: 100 Seconds

Talents: Allure of Flames

A moment of Silence: Quest: Move a single Patch of Fel fire using Allure of Flames for an extended Duration. Rewards: 30 Seconds: Reduce Allure of Flame's Mana Cost by 50%. 60 Seconds: Upon Landing Allure of Flames will deal a small amount of Damage and Silence enemies hit for 1 Second.

Echoes of Fel Fire: After casting Allure of Flames a pool of Fel Fire of equal Size as the one relocated stays behind for 4 Seconds dealing Equal Damage.

Ring of Fel Fire: Activate to Extend the fire towards all Directions creating a Ring of Fel Fire, However the Middle remains Uncovered. Reactivate to form it back to it's original Shape. 5 Second Cooldown.

Flames of Demise: Pools of Fel Fire deal 25% Additional Damage to enemies Bellow 25% Health.

Fel Wound: Standing in Fel Fire applies a Periodic Damage effect that deals 4 Ticks' of Fel Fire over 5 Seconds.

Talents: Shadow Swings

Darkest Swing: Quest: Hit 40 Enemy Heroes with the Cone Damage behind the Main target of Shadow Swings. Reward: Shadow Swings gains a 4th Attack, that is as Strong as the 3rd (This final bit does not stack with Building Power)

Building Power: Jaraxxus' Shadow Swings dealing Ever Increasing Damage and their Cone Damage is also Increased, but their Base Damage and Radius are Reduced. (& of Base Damage for First/Second/Third/Fourth Attack of Shadow Swing: 50%/125%/200%/275%)

Fire Wave: If the Target of Shadow Swings is Standing within a Pool of Fel fire all enemies within the Cones of Shadow Swings are dealt a small amount of Additional Damage.

Tiny Mortal Slayer: Unleashing 3 Shadow Swings on a single target within a single cast of Shadow Swings causes 10% of the Target's maximum Health as bonus Damage.

Talents: Agony

Endless Suffering: Agony's Duration and Damage are Increased by 100%.

Die Alone: Agony deals 75% Additional Damage if the Target is isolated when it Explodes.

Collaretal Damage: If Agony's Primary Target is a Scructure it deals it's damage to all nearby and connected Structures.

Seed of Agony: If an enemy Hero dies within 2 Seconds of Agony damaging them a Seed of Agony is left behind that explodes after 4 Seconds dealing Agony's Damage.

Talents: Level 20

Purgatory: Infernals and Abyssals deal their Area Damage every 1.5 Seconds for a 100% total Damage Increase.

Portal: Nexus: Nether Banishment is Instant, Jaraxxus' Allies can leave the Portal.

Fist of Jaraxxus: Teleport to a nearby location, Alluring any active Flames ot Jaraxxus' Location.
