Apply Nano-machines to a target for 6 seconds, making it restore 20 Health per second to nearby allies. If the target is also Irradiated, release a burst of energy that restores 180 Health and grants a 200 point Shield to nearby allies for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 50

Irradiate a target for 6 seconds, making it deal 40 damage per second to nearby enemies. If the target is also affected by Nano-machines, release a burst of radiation that deals 180 damage and Silences nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 18 seconds
Mana: 60

Reveal target area for 2 seconds. Enemies seen are revealed for 4 seconds.

The science vessel is outfitted with thrusters which increase movement speed by 10% at all times. This bonus increases to 30% after not being in combat for 4 seconds.

Talents

Level 1

Focused Repairs: If cast on an ally, Nano-Machines restores an additional 5 Health per second to the primary target.
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe permanently increases the healing per second to the primary target by 5, up to 75.
Reward: After gathering 15 Regeneration Globes, Nano-Machines also restores 1% of the primary target's maximum Health per second.
Research Points: Quest: Takedowns grant Research Points. Every 5 Research Points can be spent to gain one of the following rewards.
Quest: The science vessel gains a laser attack that deals 25 damage every 0.2 seconds. The damage gradually increases the longer the same target is attacked, up to 100%.
Quest: The science vessel's Maximum Mana is increased by 200, and Mana Regenration is increased by 5 per second.
Quest: Gain 15 Armor.
Enhanced Application: The cast range of Nano-Repair and Irradiate is increased by 40%.

Level 4

Terran Ship Plating: Being hit by Basic Attacks grants 5 Physical Armor for 8 seconds, up to 30.
Being hit by Abilities grant 5 Spell Armor for 8 seconds, up to 30.
Muscle Tissue Mutation: Irradiated allies gain 20% Basic Attack damage.
Grade A Rocket Fuel: Increase the out of combat speed from Thrusters to 50%.

Level 7

Improved Energy Dispersal: The range of Nano-Machines and Irradiate is increased by 20%.
Instant Tissue Repair: The burst created by Nano-Repair also heals allies for 20% of their missing Health.
Radioactive Degradation: The burst created by Irradiate deals an additional 6% of maximum Health over 6 seconds to Heroes.
Combat Regeneration: One third of the healing from Regenerative Bio-Steel persists through combat.

Level 13

Scouting Ship: Detector has global range.
Scan Weakness: Enemies revealed by Detector lose 10 Armor.
Illumination: Detection reveals enemies for an additional 2 seconds.
Overheated Plating: While Terran Ship Plating grants 30 Armor of either type, deal 40 damage per second to nearby enemies. If both are at 30, deal 60 damage per second.

Level 16

Harmful Side Effects: Enemies affected by either Nano-Machines or Irradiate are slowed by 20%.
Positive Side Effects: Allies affected by either Nano-Machines or Irradiate gain 15% increased movement speed.
Proximity Enhancements: Nearby allied structures deal 20% additional damage, restore 1 Ammo every 5 seconds and restore 10 Health per second.

Level 20

Electric Shock: Emp Shockwave stuns for 0.25 seconds before applying the Blind and Silence, and deals 150 damage.
Temporary Enhancements: Defense Matrix also makes the target Unstoppable and grants 20% movement speed. Reduce cooldown by 15 seconds.
Regenerative Bio-Tissue: An untalented Regenerative Bio-Steel affects non-Structure allies as well.
Repeated Reaction: Causing a burst with Nano-Repair or Irradiate causes both burst effects.
Permanent Ship Plating: Gain 20 Armor. Requires Terran Ship Plating.

Great concept but I feel as though destroying shields may be a little too powerful against certain heroes like Zarya and Johanna. Maybe it should just deal increased damaged...
