Notorious Outlaw

McCree is a slow-moving ranged assassin who jumps into action, deals most of his damage, and then jumps back out again.

Combat Trait

Peacekeeper
Like Tracer, McCree has no mana and can use six basic attacks before having to reload. His trait is used to manually reload.

Primary Abilities

Fan the Hammer
Cooldown: 6 seconds

McCree unloads six shots in a large cone, dealing his normal attack damage for each bullet hit. The farther the distance, the more the bullets spread. This ability depletes McCree's entire magazine. Bullets do not pierce targets.

Flashbang
Cooldown: 6 seconds

McCree throws a Flashbang, stunning enemies in the area for 1 second. If it comes in contact with an enemy hero before detonating, it will deal damage and stun that hero for 2.5 seconds instead.

Combat Roll
Cooldown: 6 seconds

McCree will roll a short distance in the direction he is currently facing and reload his entire magazine.

Heroic Abilities

Deadeye
Cooldown: 60 seconds

McCree disables his weapons and abilities and has 30% movement speed for 10 seconds. While in this state, McCree locks on to enemy heroes on the radius. If the button is hit again, McCree fires a shot at every enemy dealing damage dependent on how long they were locked on. This can be blocked by buildings, walls, and shields. Heroes with higher health take longer to lock on to. If the entire time is taken up without taking a shot, the ability is cancelled with half of its cooldown.

Dual Peacekeepers
Cooldown: 85 seconds

McCree gains a second revolver for 20 seconds, increasing his attack speed by 100% and lowering the cooldown of Fan the Hammer by 6 seconds.

6 second cooldown for all of his Basic Abilities? Way too strong.

Each 6 seconds McCree has the chance to stun an enemy for 2.5 seconds or many enemys for 1 second? Seriously?
