Great Warrior Women, adept at fighting in close quarters and taking enemies from afar. She can weaken her enemies with her Javelins, then jump in with her spear and shield. If they survive long enough to try and escape, she can pick them off with her assortment if different strikes.
The idea here is that there are 3 ways to play Jessica. Ranged Auto attack focused, ranged ability damage focused, or melee to soak up some damage. Who knows though, perhaps there's a Melee Damage build in here somewhere.

She can swap between melee and ranged mode, changing her skills slightly based on the mode she's in. When in ranged, she will throw spears at her enemies. While in melee mode, she utilizes a spear and shield, taking 15% reduced damage.
This also affects her Dodge and Ult skills.

Fire : Empowers your weapon to deal additional Fire Damage over time, the damage stacks with each auto attack. 70 Damage (30 + 4 per level) over 3 seconds, stacks.
Poison : Empowers your weapon with poison, slowing them over a short time, this effect stacks over time. 15% (7% + 0.4% per level) slow, stacks to a max of 65%. Lasts 3 seconds.

8 second CD, 55 mana
Ranged : Push away from target enemy, moving away from them a short distance, rooting them for a short duration.
Melee : Leap towards an enemy, becoming unstoppable while doing so.

I love the concept of switch mode from ranged to melee (it's something I always immagined for Daelin Proudmoore if he would be playable Hero of the Storm) - I'm sure it would add a lot of dynamics for that character.
But I agree with the previous comment, I think her second ulti should be summoning a Valkyrie. It doesn't necessary need to be just summoned creature in the way that Nazeebo summons his Gargantuan - it could work more like Arthas' Sindragosa.
Plus her enchanted spear (the Lightning Strike) could also do something more - maybe stun an enemy, or pierce few enemies in the line?
But in general it's very decent built concept. I like idea of enchanting attacks with magic.

To change this, I was thinking of removing the Freezing Strike ult and adding a Valkyrie spell. I'll maybe update it at some point if I get the time.

Her ulties are simliar: spear throw. Where is summon valkyrie?
