John Rise

The Renegade Reaper

John Rise, or simply "Reaper", became one of the best Reapers of Dominion. That is already a big achievement, but then he became a renegade. Not so many could get away from Dominion service and survive. He could. Now Reaper is in the Nexus and looking for things to do here.

Health: 1350 (+4% per level)
Health Regen: 2.8 (+4% per level)
Mana: 500 (+10 per level)
Mana Regen: (+0.1 per level)
Attack Damage: 155 (+4% per level)
Attacks per second: 0.75 

Combat Trait

Hit and Run
You move 20% faster than other Heroes, but your Basic Attack range is 20% closer that other Ranged Heroes.

Primary Abilities

Lock On
Deal 450 (+4% per level) damage to the target every second over 3 seconds. Cannot move while channeling. Mana: 20 mana per second. Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Deuterium Bomb
After 1.5 seconds delay, deal 150 (+4% per level) damage and slow enemies by 30% for 3 seconds in target area. Mana: 75. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Burning Trail
Gain +40% Movement Speed for 3 seconds and leave behind trail of fire that deals 30 (+4% per level) damage per second. Trail lasts 5 seconds. Mana: 50. Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Liftoff
After 1 second, deal 255 (+4% per level) damage around yourself and leap to targeted area. Mana: 80. Cooldown: 40 seconds.

Combat Stimpack DX-M
Gain +30% Attack Speed and heal 5% of your maximum health every second. Lasts 10 seconds. Mana: 150. Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Talents

Level 1 Talents:
[Q] Optics Model Z: Increases Lock On's range by 30%
[Q] Lock and Load: If Lock On wasn't canceled, reduce its cooldown by 3 seconds and return 50% of used mana.
[W] D-2: Sticky Gel: Increases the duration of Deuterium Bomb's slow to 5 seconds.
[E] Hot Pursuit: Burning Trail's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds for each enemy Hero hit.
[Passive] Seasoned Marksman: For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 2 Minion kills.

Level 4 Talents:
[Q] Bigger Magazine: Increases Lock On's duration to 5 seconds.
[W] D-4: Cluster Bombs: Adds outer circle for Deuterium Bomb that deals 25% damage of inner explosion and slows enemies for 15% for 3 seconds.
[Trait] Painful Shots: Every 3rd Bassic Attack against the same target deals 75% additional damage.
[Active] Envenom: Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 352 damage over 10 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Level 7 Talents:
[Q] Adjustment Fire: Gradually increases Lock On's damage by 20% over 3 seconds.
[E] Forced Start: When you activate Burning Trail become Unstoppable for 0.5 seconds.
[E] Flame of Savings: After using Burning Trail, all basic abilities have reduced Mana cost by 50% for 10 seconds.
[Active] Searing Attacks: Activate to increase Basic Attack damage by 50% for 5 seconds. Each attack costs 15 Mana.

Level 10 Talents:
[R1] Liftoff: After 1 second, deal 255 (+4% per level) damage around yourself and leap to targeted area. Mana: 80. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
[R2] Combat Stimpack DX-M: Gain +30% Attak Speed and heal 5% of your maximum health every second. Lasts 10 seconds. Mana: 150. Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Level 13 Talents:
[Passive] Grim Reaper: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 2.5% of the Hero's maximum Health.
[Q] Tranquilizers: Lock On's target is also slowed by 40%.
[W] D-11: Bomb Mortar: Increases cast range of Deuterium Bomb by 75%.
[E] Jet Fuel: Increases the duration of Burning Trail's trail and increases damage by 100%.
[Passive] Spell Shield: Upon taking Ability Damage, reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 50% for 3 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds.

Level 16 Talents:
[Active] Blood for Blood: Activate to deal 10% of target enemy Hero's Max Health and heal for twice that amount. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
[W] D-42: Nano-glue: Enemy who walks on top of Deuterium bomb become rooted for 1 second and get additional 20% damage from bomb explosion.
[Q] Multitasking: You can move at 70% Movement Speed while channeling Lock On.
[Trait] D for Dash: Activate [D] to dash to targeted area. Stores 3 charges. Charge cooldown 10 seconds.
[Active] Stoneskin: Activate to gain 30% of your maximum Health as a Shiels for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Level 20 Talents:
[R1] Unsafe Calibrations: Increases Liftoff damage radius by 100% and fly range by 50%.
[R2] Till the Last Drop: Decreases cooldown by 15 seconds and your health cannot go below 1 Health while Combat Stimpack DX-M is active.
[Active] Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to nearby locaton. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
[Passive] Nexus Frenzy: Increases Attack Speed by 20% and Attack Range by 20%.

Skin Ideas

High Templar Jonrise: Skin based on protoss technology and appearance. With beatiful blue energy-pulse engines behind.
Watching Reaper: Reaper will get look of Reaper from Overwatch with double shotguns instead his armor-penetrating pistols. But to that will be added big black thrusters of course.
Reaper of Souls: As name sugests this skin based on Malthael. Magic-powered engines behind included.
