Monarch of Ice

One of the many brutal practices of torment is sealing your enemies in ice for all of eternity after a hard-fought war. Kaldr, fallen to his enemy and his fate of a seemingly perpetual ice tomb, the once great magician was thawed and freed by the Lich King, who in hope that what left of his soul would serve the King's purpose. However, gratitude is no longer something Kaldr remembers as only one thing harbored- Vengeance. Manifesting himself with the remnants of what he once homed to, the bitter soul donned the never-melting ice as his facade and manipulating it to his will with whatever remained of his magic.

Breaking The Ice
Passive

When this hero (basic) attacks or is (basic) attacked, the building/enemy gains 1 frost charge.
Upon accumulation of 5 frost charges, the building/hero will take damage(5*Hero Level) and will be frozen for 0.5 second.
(frozen = Disarmed, silenced and stunned, vulnerable to all other spells)

Primary Abilities

Shivers Of The Freezing
Active

Summons an freezing spirit over a hero/building for 4 seconds. Target hero/building immediately gains a 3 frost charges and his/her movement speed is reduced by 15%. If target hero/building already has >2 frost charges when Shivers Of The Freezing is cast on him/her, the freezing spirit will remain for an additional 2 seconds and the frost charge count will revert to 0 after the effect of Breaking The Ice has taken place.

Kaldr's Curse: Hero completely ignores all effects of Shivers Of The Freezing. Instead, the freezing spirit empowers his/her ability power by 50% for 1 spell and the freezing spirit attacks the same attack target for 1 frost charge each attack.

Breath Of The Snow Beast
Active

Fires a fierce breath of hail at the target area that retains for 5 seconds. All heroes(inclusive of allies and yourself) that are in the target area take 10 damage and 1 frost charge every second and take incoming ability damage by 20%.

Kaldr's Curse: Hero completely ignores all effects of Breath Of The Snow Beast. Instead, hero gains 20% movement speed.

Kaldr's Curse
Active

Put an ally hero under a curse, numbing him/her to other effects of Kaldr and empowering the hero. The hero loses all his frost charges is unable to gain any while this buff is active. Lasts 10 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Ice Age
Active

(Global) Kaldr puts all allied heroes under Kaldr's Curse and immediately puts 5 frost charges on all enemy heroes. (Kaldr's Curse cannot be stacked)

Tavern Of Ice
Kaldr uses his powers to form an arena of ice for 4 seconds. The circumference of the target area is veiled up with an invulnerable wall of ice that blocks any attack coming in or going out(which only means that only heroes inside can fight the heroes inside, any attacks from the outside will be negated). Trapped heroes take 1 frost charge per second. However, all heroes are invulnerable to death, leaving them with a minimum amount of 1 HP until the effect of Tavern Of Ice ceases.

It's a ghost for goodness sake. Do you see a ghost riding a horse? Ghosts can fly/float/whatever, duh.
