Fire a bolt in a straight line, exploding on the first enemy hit, dealing 80 damage to them and 25% damage to enemies around them.
Arcane Blast
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Channel for up to 4 seconds, increasing the damage and Mana cost of Arcane Blast by 25% per second. Reactivate to deal 160 damage in a small AOE up to 7 Range. Movement speed reduced by 20% while channeling.
Mana Burn
Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Stand still to channel an magical tether on an enemy Hero for up to 5 seconds, dealing 20 damage every 0.5 seconds. At the end of the duration, or when the enemy Hero moves out of range, destroy their mana equal to 50% of the damage done, and gain the same amount of mana. Mana cannot be stolen from enemies that use an alternative resource.

Target an enemy Hero within range. After 1 second, sacrifice all of Kalecgos' remaining mana to deal damage equal to 200% of the mana lost. Afterwards, Kalecgos' mana regenerates 300% faster for 5 seconds.


Level 1
Magic Savant: (Quest): Gather Regeneration Globes. Each globe gathered increases the damage of Mana Burn by 0.5. (Reward): After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, increase Kalecgos' maximum Mana by 150. After gathering 40 regeneration globes, increase Kalecgos' maximum mana by an additional 150.
Arcane Spear: Arcane Missile pierces the first enemy hit.
Arcane Wave: Increase the AOE of Arcane Blast by 15% for each second channeled.

Level 4
Arcane Barrage: If an enemy Hero is hit by Arcane Missile, after 0.5 seconds they are struck by two smaller missiles, dealing 25% damage each.
Siphon Magic: Mana Burn steals 25% more mana.
Arcane Exhaustion: Arcane Blast slows enemies hit by 20% for 4 seconds.

Level 7
Touch of the Magi: (Active) Tag an enemy Hero for 5 seconds. 30% of the Ability damage you deal to that Hero is stored up. At the end of the duration, that hero explodes, taking 100% of the stored damage, and dealing 50% of the damage around them. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
Law of Conservation of Mana: If Arcane Blast hits at least 2 enemy Heroes, the next cast costs 50% less mana and charges 50% faster.
Clearcasting: While Kalecgos has less than 20% of his maximum Mana remaining, Mana Burn recharges 50% faster.

Arcane Absorption: Any mana stolen by Mana Burn beyond Kalecgos' maximum is converted into a shield that lasts 3 seconds.
Arcane Warding: Hitting an enemy Hero with Arcane Missile grants Kalecgos 30 spell armor, reducing damage taken from the next enemy Ability by 30%. Can store up to 3 charges.
Dragon Mage: Arcane Mastery also grants Kalecgos 10 Physical Armor for each 20% of his maximum Mana remaining.

Level 16
Magical Entropy: If Mana Burn reduces an Enemy Heroes mana below 50%, they take additional damage equal to 10% of their max Health.
Sphere of Magical Influence: Arcane Blast's range increased gradually while channeling, up to 2 increased range.
3-Star Missile-in: Hitting the same target with Arcane Missiles within 1 second deals 20% increased damage, up to 60%.
Rain of Arcane: Hero Takedowns grant a charge of Arcane Missile.

Level 20
Steward of Magic: 50% of the damage absorbed by Anti-Magic Zone is converted into a shield for each of the Allied Heroes in its area at the end of its duration.
Resurgence: If Arcane Surge's target dies, refund 25% of the mana cost.
Conjure Mana Gem: Activate to instantly restore 50% of Kalecgos' maximum Mana. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Breath of Magic: Activate Arcane Mastery to root Kalecgos and channel a wide cone of fire in front of him, dealing 75 damage every 0.5 seconds, and draining 50 mana/sec. Can be canceled early. Can rotate while channeling. Cone has increased length for every 20% of Kalecgos' max Mana remaining when activated. Afterwards, Arcane Mastery is disabled while on cooldown. Cooldown: 30 seconds.
