Kalec also regen mana twice higher than normal heroes

-Kalecgos reveals his true dragon form, increasing hp by 20% and granting 50 armor.
-In this form Kalec gains a new ability and he loses his Trait, W and E skills.
-Basic attacks cleave and become meele with 120% increased damage. Lasts 20s

Talents

lvl 1


1. D- Quest: Gathering a globe increase mana regeneration by 0,08 a second, up to 2.
Reward: Upon gathering 25 globes, increase mana regeneration by an additional 1 a second

2. Q- Quest: Using Arcane Blast on an enemy Hero, increase its damage by 1 (no limit).
Reward: Upon attacking 80 Heroes, increase its range by 20% and reduce mana cost by 5

3. W- Regen 6 mana whenever it hits an enemy Hero and 4 whenever it hits an enemy minion




lvl 4


1. W- Arcane Barrage now deals 10% more damage to shields. Also, the third Wave deals 15% more damage

2. D- Increase maximum mana regenerated provided by Evocation (D) to 35% and now Kalec can move and attack

3. P- Regeneration globes regen 50% more mana and grants Kalec 10 physical armor for 15s




lvl 7


1. D- While above 25% mana, Kalec`s spells deals a bonus of 50 (+4%) damage. This damage doesn`t deals bonus damage per mana missing.

2. AA- Basic Attacks regen 5 mana and Increase Basic Attack range by 20%

3. E- After leaving stealth the next Arcane Blast deals 100% increased damage




lvl 13


1. Q- Slows the target's movement speed by 70% for 0,2s

2. W- Heals Kalec by 20% of damage done from Arcane Barrage when used below 50% mana. And if used below 25% mana, reset CD of Arcane Barrage. It can happen once every 25s

3. E- Heals 120 (+4%) a second while stealth. Next basic attack after leaving Stealth deals a bonus of 125 (+4%) spell damage, increased acconrding to mana missing. Also, after leaving stealth, grants Kalec 25 physical armor for 3s




lvl 16


1. Q- Deals a bonus of 2% of the enemy maximum health, healing Kalec the same amount

2. W- The first wave slow enemies movement speed by 25% for 0.2s. Second wave root enemies for 0.2s. Third wave stuns for 0,25s

3. W- Silences enemies hit for 0,5s. If used below 25% mana, silence for 0,75s




lvl 20


1. R1- Upon Arcane Power is over, 20% of the damage done during this period is redirect to a nearby enemy Hero

2. R2- Increase duration from 20s to 30s. Increase arcane Blow damage by 20%

3. E- Reduces its CD by 8s and removes mana cost

Seems like he's crying out for an Arcane Charge mechanic on at least his Q, where repeated uses cost additional mana and do additional damage.

Interesting Hero, wanting to be OOM is novel.

He can regenerate through D and His tier 1 and 2 is basically focus on Mana. So he is not supposed to have mana problens
