When Malygos, then Dragon Aspect of Magic, decided to rid the world of mortal magic users, mortals and other dragons alike allied to stop him. Among them was Kalecgos, a member of the blue dragonflight. After Malygos was defeated Kalecgos became the new Aspect of Magic.

Combat Trait

[D] Mana Shield

100% (percentage scales) of the mana Kalecgos spends on his Abilities are is converted into a shield that lasts up to 4 seconds. This shield has 35 Spell Armor.

Primary Abilities

[Q] Arcane Buffet

Cooldown: 3 seconds
Mana: 30

Deal 30 damage to an enemy and increase the damage they take from Arcane Buffet by 30% for 7 seconds. Additional hits refresh the duration of the effect, and it stacks up to 300%.

[W] Siphon Mana

Cooldown: 24 seconds

Instantly restore 60 Mana for each nearby enemy Hero.

Passive: Whenever a nearby enemy Hero spends Mana, Kalecgos restores 1% of his maximum Mana.

[E] Arcane Blast

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 50

After 0.5 seconds, deal 200 damage in an area. This deals additional damage based on Kalecgos' missing Mana.

Heroic Abilities

[R1] Shimmer

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 70

Teleport Kalecgos to target location. Can reactivate within 3 seconds after teleporting to return to the location Shimmer was cast from for free.

[R2] Nether Tempest

Cooldown 80 seconds
Mana: 100

Kalecgos places a Nether Tempest on an enemy Hero for 7 seconds. The Nether Tempest deals 60 damage per second to the enemy and 30 to other nearby enemies.
