Kalecgos' abilities will cause a stack of an Arcane Charge on the target, stacking up to 5 times. Landing a Basic Attack will detonate these charges, dealing damage and slowing proportionate to the stacks detonated. Arcane Charges last for 5 seconds.
In addition, Basic Attacks deal magic damage.

After a brief charge, Kalecgos breathes Arcane Fire in an area in front of him, dealing a large amount of damage.

After a moderate delay, cause an Supernova at the target location, dealing mild damage, and knocking back and slowing enemies for 2 seconds.
Generates 2 Arcane Charges.
10 second cooldown.
Heroic Abilities

Temporal Flux
Increases the range of Kalecgos' abilities by 50% and basic attacks by 100% (long matched range), and reduces the cooldown of all his basic abilities by 75% for 10 seconds.

Amplifying Spells
Passive: Reduces the cooldown of Kalecgos' basic abilities by 1 second, and causes his Arcane Charges to no longer be detonated by basic attacks, but instead increase the damage of his abilities on the target by 10% per stack.
