EMP Field: Shield Battery reduces enemy attack speed and move speed by 33% for 2 seconds.
Phase Bulwark: Shield Battery's strength and duration is increased by 100% for minions.
Volatile Burst: Shield Battery's CD is reduced by 25%, and it deals 75% more damage to minions.
Level 4
Photon Demolisher: Photon Cannons deal 15% extra damage to structures, and will steal 1 ammo on every 2nd hit.
Lance Improvements: Collecting a regen glove causes Thermal Lance to cost 50% less mana, and recharge 30% faster for 10 seconds.
Overclock: Overcharge's attack speed boost is 150% for the first 4 shots.
Level 7
Burning Ground: Thermal Lance leaves a wall that deals 50% damage to enemies that pass through it for 4 seconds. Enemies can only be damaged once each in this way, and will not be damaged if they were hit by the Lance itself.
Melting Armor: Thermal Lance applies vulnerable for 3 seconds, but has 25% reduced range.
Pylon Defense: All towers and keeps have a Pylon field that cause Photon Cannons to consume 50% less ammo when placed near them.

Regenerative Field: Karax projects an aura that repairs nearby structures
Doubletime: Overcharge has a second charge.
Material Recycling: If a photon cannon runs out of ammo, you immediately regain a charge. If you are already at max charges, you can hold a 3rd one.

Energy Dispersal: Shield Battery has 50% increased radius
Phase Blast: Photon Cannon's attacks splash for 60% damage.
Shield Fortifications: Shield Battery's strength and duration is increased by 100% for structures.
Level 20
Reinforcements: Warp in Immortals creates 2 warp fields with the same health as an immortal. After 10 seconds, they turn into Immortals and continue along the same path, but do not repair any damage they sustained while warping in.
Orbital Cannon: When the Mothership's duration ends, it flies over the first enemy fort, keep, or core in lane and bombards it for massive damage.
Fury of the Storm
Protoss Technology: All allied minions and mercenaries, and all of Karax's summoned units (Cannons, Zealots, Immortals) gain a 25% attack and health boost.
