Karax - The Spear of Adun

(Flagship of Hierarch Artanis)

I wanted to make this concept for a unique playstyle of hero, and, so.. Here we are.
This character would be hard to play, as it requires an entirely different playstyle than basically every hero there is, along with a high skill-cap, allowing for it to deal high levels of damage-- To heroes or structures, pending on talent build, mainly-- if played properly.
Skins would be for one thing: Alternating the ability colors/look. You're not really ever going to see the massive ship in orbit. Although, maybe alternate skin colors change the player's HUD look in general? (Speaking of, this hero should have a unique HUD reminiscent of SCII Co-Op missions, in my opinion.)

Combat Trait

Solar Core
Passive
You use Solarium instead of mana, stacking up to 100 total. You generate ~5 Solarium a second.
You have to have vision to use your abilities. You must rely on allied heroes and minions for the ability to target your abilities. You have no basic attack, either.

Primary Abilities

Orbital Strike
Active; Targeted AoE Attack
Upon activation, your HUD will alter slightly, and show five lit markers. You will get a targeting circle, and every left-click will fire a pulse from the Spear of Adun, and five shots total per activation. Has a short travel time to actually hit.
Travel Time - ~0.5 seconds
Cooldown - ~10 seconds
Cost per Use(Five Charges) - ~30
Damage - ~60 per shot. (+~4.25% per level)

Talent Dependent
Comes at Tier 3/Level 7;
A new ability, dependent on what talent you pick.(See Secondary Abilities)

Guardian Shell
Active; Targeted Support
Place a small, visual shield effect on target allied hero. The next time they would take fatal damage within a small time, they are instead turned invulnerable, and given a minor speed boost.
Window of Time - ~1.5 seconds.
Speed Amount - ~25%
Duration of Effects - ~2 seconds
Cooldown - ~20 seconds
Cost - ~40

Secondary Abilities

Shield Overcharge
Active; Support
On use, give every allied hero a decent shield for a decent time.
Shield Amount: 20% of every allied hero's max health
Duration: ~5 seconds
Cooldown: ~25 seconds

Solar Efficiency
Passive
A passive ability; Increases your solarium generation rate.
New rate: 1.5x

Reconstruction Beam
Active; Support
A channeled beam that halts Solarium generation and slowly heals targeted structure, almost like a M.U.L.E.
Solarium Per Second: ~2
Cooldown(After Halting): ~15 seconds
Health Per Second: ~0.5%

Call In Gate
Active; Unit Production
Call in a warp gate, that slowly upgrades as the game progresses. Each upgrades comes with a talent pick level, and does not require a talent pick. After placing the gate down, hitting the button again will allow you to select it and produce units, with a button to leave and a button to destroy it, so you can replace it. (Assuming that it isn't destroyed by foes.)
Comes with its own minerals bar, slowly regaining minerals as the minions die.

Get minerals back: When the minions you sent out die, ~5 seconds after that.

Heroic Abilities

Solar Lance
Active; Drag-to-Target Attack
A heroic which requires you to drag in the direction you target. Has a decent travel length.
Tell time - ~1 second
Travel Time - ~3 seconds total
Charges - ~3
Cooldown per charge - ~40 seconds
Solarium Cost per Charge - ~25
Damage - ~285 per second(+~4.25% per level)

Solar Bombardment
Active; Targeted Massive AoE Barrage
Charge up for a short time, before unleashing a barrage of small shots at your foes within a decent radius.
Charge Time - ~1 second
Shots fired within - ~5 seconds(40 shots per second.)
Cooldown - ~60 seconds
Solarium Cost - ~80
Damage - ~10 per shot(+~4.25% per level)

Special Mount

Chrono Boost
Active; Targeted Support
Give target ally a ~20% increase to their movement speed. Works while they are mounted.
Cooldown - ~40 seconds.
Duration - ~2 seconds.

Talents

Tier 1 (Level 1):
Guardian Shell: Halve the cooldown of this ability if it doesn't trigger.
Orbital Strike: Consecutive Strikes against the same target deal 1.1x more damage per shot, stacking up to 1.4x.(1.6x with the later upgrade to shot amounts.)
Chrono Boost: Double the effects given to an ally by 'Chrono Boost'.
Advanced Scanning(Passive): Every ally can now passively see ~15% farther.
Tier 2 (Level 4):
Orbital Strike: Enemies hit by shots of Orbital Strike are stunned for ~0.5 seconds.
Guardian Shell: Double the Effect Duration.
Chrono Boost: Halve the cooldown of this ability.
View Target(Active): Gain the ability to place a temporary, but unkillable Sentry Ward. Global range, and lasts ~8 seconds. 60 second cooldown. Does not require vision.
Tier 3 (Level 7):
Unlock your Talent-Dependent ability(Secondary Abilities)
Tier H/4 (Level Ten):
See 'Heroic Abilities'
Tier 5 (Level 13):
Guardian Shell: Lower the cooldown of Guardian Shell by ~5 seconds.
Orbital Strike: Multiply the damage per shot by ~1.5x
Chrono Boost: Double the duration of these effects on target ally.
Orbital Strike: Reduce the cooldown of this ability per hit(Not if you can hit multiple targets with the same shot. If you can hit with the shots.) by ~2 seconds.
Tier 6 (Level 16):
Orbital Strike: Increase the number of shots by ~2.
Solar Core: Increase maximum Solarium by ~50.

:-). I was thinking about that trait of his and how you had global vision before. What about something like putting Tassadars oracle on everyone for few seconds. Or on one hero. Huge cooldown and does not reveal cloaked enemies. Used as his trait (D).
