Your Chapter Title
I have added all talents. Now i need your help commenting on what needs changing because there is sure something overpowered or underpowered. Thanks :)
Talents
Tier 1 (Level 1) Talents 1. Efficient lich Reduce the mana cost of Bolt of Death to by 25 mana
2. Expert torturer Reduce the cooldown of Soul Disruptor by 2 seconds
3. Nothing left inside Soul Disruptor also steals 5% of the targets current health.
So i buffed his auto attack damage, his attack speed and his first ability. I also added YOU HAVE NOT SERVED YOUR PURPOSE YET as a new heroic. Now i need people to tell me if they prefer this or NO ESCAPE EVEN IN DEATH
Now he looks extremely underpowered - literally no hero damage, heroic can be used only after enemy hero dies, no escape. He need to be insanely strong pusher to have such low teamfight impact.
Thanks for the comment Riveda and sorry if it took sooooo long to answer XD. I will tweak No escape in death to be more useful and i will increase the damage of Bolt of Death. Fun Fact: I really didnt have abathur in mind while i was thinking the ult. I was like <<Hmmm well Kel Thuzad is the most powerful lich and as the most powerful lich then he can controll some of the most powerful beings in the world>>
What exactly do you intend with your first ult "No Escape Even in Death"? If I got it right, Kel Thuzad is channeling, so dealing no damage on his own, while he controls an enemy hero that is weaker than usual. Furthermore, he is left completely exposed to enemy heroes and the ability can be interrupted with stun. It appears a rather bad deal to me and by no means worth the 150 mana it consumes. Is it just me thinking way too straight there?
Don't compare him to Abathur who simply can't fight himself, uses no mana at all and still spawns locusts while controlling his clone. And: Your team does not have to kill an enemy heroe before he can use his ult. So it works as an (unexpected) reinforcement of a certain lane.
Maybe you could weaken the resurrected heroe to 50% of his/her original strength letting him be controlled by an AI. Or extend his duration to about 30 seconds, and let enemy heroe's resurrection countdown start once his undead version is killed (or fades). This would give you the option to burst damage or support with cc/heal and then retire to your base extending the original's resurrection timer to up to 90 seconds.
And a second point: Give bolt of death more dmg, dot or 2-3 charges. It appears far too weak for a single-target ability.
So i have increased the cooldown of defiled corpses from 10 to 14 seconds and the cost from 50 to 70. Also increased the cost and cooldown of bolt of death and nerfed the shield
I think the defiled corpses power is a little too good. id put them down to only 50% power instead and 2 minions.
also, you should have a larger cooldown for bolt of death and the bulwark.
the bulwark seems a bit too good. if they dealt lets say, 500 damage to you, youd be at virtually full mana. I'm only have it be 60% of the damage to mana, MAXIMUM, because 100% seems a tad too good.

The point is that he is taking an entire hero from the enemy team and getting to use it, like Stitches' statis powers.
