Level 10:
Death and Decay: Kel'Thuzad begins a channel which drains the life force from a targeted area, blighting all enemies in its range. Heroes within the area take 100 (+4% per level) damage per second, increasing by 10% for every subsequent second they remain within. This effect lasts 6 seconds. Kel'Thuzad must remain channeling for the duration. Moving cancels this effect.
Prison of Ice: Kel'Thuzad traps target enemy hero in a block of ice, silencing them and reducing their movement speed for up to 10 seconds. The ice block has 75% of Kel'Thusad's max hitpoints and lose 10% of its life every second. The target is slowed by 100% and this slow decreases for every percentage point of health the ice block is missing. Additionally, the trapped hero will suffer 2% of their max health in damage every second the ability is active.
Level 13:
Icy Storm: If Frost Nova hits less than 2 enemies, it's cooldown will be reduced to 1 second.

Refocus Energies: While Shadow Fissure is on cooldown, Kel'Thuzad gains 20% basic attack damage.
Level 16:

Unforgiving Curse: Shadow Fissure also inflicts vulnerable, causing its target to take 25% increased damage.
Executioner: Basic Attacks deal 40% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.
Blood for Blood: Activate to deal 10% of target enemy Hero's Max Health and heal for twice that amount.
Level 20:
Living Decay: While channeling Death and Decay, Kel'Thuzad may control the effect and move the ability as if he were the decay itself. While the ability is active, he may reactivate it to cancel the channel, and return to his own form. Additionally, the radius of the effect is increased by 50%.
Fortified Prison: While Kel'Thuzad's Ice Prison is active, Kel'Thuzad may activate it again to use an ability called Fortify Prison. Fortify Prison will send a beam of icy magic to the Ice Prison, restoring 10% of its life and increasing its duration by .5 seconds. This ability may only be used while Kel'Thuzad is within range of his Ice Prison. (See Secondary Abilities above for full ability description)
Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
Unyeilding Soul: Upon death, Kel'Thuzads soul takes up form above his Phylactery. As long as his Phylactery remains alive, Kel'Thuzad may use his untalented basic abilities from this position. Kel'Thuzad may not be attacked or move, but if his Phylactery is destroyed, his form fades.
