Kel'thuzad

An Undead Lich who reanimates fallen enemies to fight for him.

Combat Trait

1
Plague of Undeath
Enemies damaged by Kel'thuzad are infected with the Plague of Undeath, slowing them by 5%, lasts 6 seconds.

Enemies that die while affected by Plague of Undeath are reanimated as Shambling Corpses.
(Shambling Corpses are slow moving, Slow attacking melee units, with degenerating health. Their damage and total health is based on what enemy they reanimated from, reanimating a caster minion is very different from reanimated the enemy team's Brusier mercenaries.)

Primary Abilities

Death and Decay
Mana: 65
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Creates an zone that deals 30 (Scales w/ lvl) damage per second to all enemies inside it, last 4 seconds.

Ice Tomb
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Seals target in a block of Ice, making them un-targetable and immune to damage, lasts 2 seconds

Frost Shield
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Place a shield on targeted Allied Unit, shielding them from 50 (scales w/ lvl) damage. While active the shield will slow nearby enemies by 25%, Lasts 7 seconds. When Frost Shield expires or is depleted it will explode, slowing all enemies in a larger area by 30% for 2 seconds and dealing 60 (scales w/ lvl) damage.

Heroic Abilities

Wandering Plague
Mana: 125
Cooldown: 85 seconds

Infect all currently Hostile enemy units with Wandering Plague, dealing 10 (scales w/ lvl) damage per second to the infected target, lasts 9 seconds.

Plague Cauldron
Mana: 75
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Set up a Plague Cauldron with 250 (scales w/ lvl) HP which lasts until killed or a new Plague cauldron is set. 

Plague Cauldron deal 35 (scales w/ lvl) damage per second to all enemies within range, and infects them with Plague of Undeath.

Level 1 Talents

Conjurer's Pursuit
Increases Mana regeneration by 0.5 per second, every 3 regeneration Globes Gathered increases that bonus by 0.25.

Defile
Death and Decay's Area of Effect increases by 20% every second it is active.

Spoiling Touch
Basic attacks made against structures and minions is increased by 25%, and also eliminate 1 Ammo from defensive structures.

Rapid Pathogen
Plague of Undeath's damage is increased by 100%, but it's duration is reduced by 50%.

Level 4 Talents

Revel in Agony
Death and Decay Heals you for 20% of the damage done, Shambling Corpses standing in Death and Decay are healed for 15% of the damage it would deal.

Pain by Proximity
Ice Tomb now deals 20 (scales w/ lvl) damage per second to all nearby enemies for the duration of the Tomb.

Enduring Cold
Frost Shield now shields for 50% more and lasts 3 seconds longer.

Driven by Command
Shambling Corpses now move at normal Lane Minion speed.

Level 7 Talents

Rapid Necrosis
Death and Decay slows enemies by 35% while they are in it's area of effect.

Prism of Ice
50% of Damage dealt to targets shielded by Frost Shield is dealt in an area around them.

Driven by Hunger
Shambling Corpses now infect enemies with Plague of Undeath when they attack.

Calldown: MULE
Activate to calldown a Mule that repairs structures, one at a time, near target point for 40 seconds, healing for 100 HP every second and rearming 1 ammo every 3 seconds.

Mercenary Lord
Siege and Bruiser mercenaries near you deal 50% increased damage.

Level 13 Talents

Persistent Pestilence
Death and Decay lasts 2 seconds longer and enemies continue to take damage for 2 seconds after leaving the area of effect.

Pillars of Ice
Ice Tomb now has two charges.

Strength in Undeath
Shambling Corpses' health degeneration rate is reduced by 50%.

Driven by Hunger
When Shambling Corpses kill an enemy unit they gain 10% increased health and damage, and 4% movement speed. are healed for 10% of their maximum life; this effect can only stack 4 times.

Ice Block
Activate to place yourself in Stasis and gain invulnerability for 3 seconds.

Level 17 Talents

Virulence
Death and Decay's damage is increased by 30% and it's Cooldown is decreased by 2 seconds.

Frozen Gift
When Ice Tomb ends, if the entombed target was an enemy they are slowed for 25% for 3 seconds; if the entombed target was an ally they are healed for 15% of the maximum life over 3 seconds.

Entropic Concussion
When Frost Shield explodes, all enemies effected are stunned for 0.75 seconds.

Feast of Death
Your Cooldowns are reduced by 0.5 seconds whenever you create a Shambling Corpse.

Feast of Souls
You regenerate 5 mana whenever you create a Shambling Corpse.

Level 20 Talents

Air Borne
Wandering Plague now deals its damage in a small area, Wandering Plague's Cooldown is doubled, but is reduced by 0.5 seconds whenever a shambling corpse is created.

One is Bad, Two is Worse
Two Plague Cauldrons can be set at a time, Plague Cauldron now has two charges; Older plague Cauldron will be destroyed when a third is set.

Bolt of the Storm
Activate to Teleport a short distance.

Rewind
Activate to refresh all Basic ability Cooldowns.

Concept-wise, a steady, push-y KT with the passive, when talented, being a teeny bit OP.


Thanks for catching the Typos, Removed damage from Plague of undeath since it was too similar to Nazeebo's. Put a cap on Driven by Hunger to prevent the creation of super minions.
