Dark and insidious Support hero who wears down his enemies with the chill of winter

Combat Trait

1
Phylactery
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Bind the target allied Hero's soul to a Phylactery, which has 450(+5%) health. You can place the Phylactery at any point on the map. If an ally bound to a Phylactery dies, their death timer is reduced by 25% and they respawn at the Phylactery. You can only have one Phylactery out at any point in time, and they last until they are destroyed.

Shield target ally for 240(+4%) for up to 5 seconds and Slow any enemies near your target by 20% for as long as the shield lasts.

Dark Ritual
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Immediately heal target ally for 330(+4.5%). If Dark Ritual is on cooldown, you can press W to drain 50(+4%) health from either yourself or a nearby allied minion to reduce the cooldown of Dark Ritual by 0.85 seconds.

Frost Nova
Mana: 65
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Create an eruption of ice near target ally, dealing 110(+4%) damage to enemies near your target and Slowing all affected enemies by 30% for 3 seconds. Deals 60% additional damage to enemies who are already Slowed.

Create a field of necrotic magic that deals 68(+4%) damage to enemies in the area. Allies within Death and Decay receive 20% more healing from all sources. Death and Decay lasts for 7 seconds.

After 1 second, all enemies in the target area take 130(+4%) damage and are Rooted for 2.75 seconds.

Talents

Level 1-
Conjurer's Pursuit (Passive)

Unholy Ritual (W): The health sacrifice to reduce the cooldown of Dark Ritual is increased by 10, but the cooldown is now reduced by 1.35 seconds with every sacrifice.

Ritual Offering (W): (Quest) Sacrificing health to reduce the cooldown of Dark Ritual increases its heal amount by 2, up to 100. After sacrificing 50 times, sacrificing health gives you 6 mana.


Level 4-
Permafrost (Q): The duration of Frost Shield is increased to 12 seconds.

Glacier (Q): The shield portion of Frost Shield is increased by 35%.

Chill of Winter (Q): The Slow amount of Frost Shield is increased to 35%.


Level 7-
Cleanse (Active)

Path of Frost (E): Casting Frost Nova increases the movement speed of your target by 20% for 4 seconds.

Supplication (W): Gain 15% Ability Power on your next ability cast if you sacrifice health to reduce the cooldown of Dark Ritual 3 times within the same cooldown.

Sindragosa's Breath (E): Frost Nova now Roots affected enemies for 1 second.

Lich King's Call (Trait): The ally whose soul is bound to your Phylactery gains 8% Ability Power for as long as the Phylactery lasts.

Archimonde's Blessing (W): Casting Dark Ritual makes its target deal 15% more Basic Attack damage for 5 seconds.


Level 16-
Frost Armor (Q): The target of Frost Shield is made Resistant for the first 3 seconds of Frost Shield, reducing the damage they take by 25%.

Pure Offering (W): Every time you Sacrifice, nearby allies are healed for 30(+4%).

Dark Preservation (Trait): The target of Phylactery gains 10(+4%) health regeneration and 4(+4%) mana regeneration for as long as the Phylactery lasts.


Level 20-
Rapid Decay (R1): Enemies affected by Death and Decay are made Vulnerable for as long as they remain in the damage zone, increasing the damage they take by 25%.

Numbing Chains (R2): Enemies affected by Chains of Frost have their attack speed slowed by 40% for the duration of Chains of Frost.

Fragmented Soul (Trait): You now have two charges of Phylactery, and two allies can be bound to Phylacteries at the same time.

Unwavering Will (Passive): When you die, you become an Invulnerable ghost for 10 seconds, and can use all your abilities freely for the duration with half the normal cooldown. When this effect expires, you die. This effect has a 150 second cooldown.
