Kel'thuzad is a Ranged Specialist

Unfortunately i never got the Chance to finish this Hero Concept due to Real Life and also Working on other Hero Concepts first, I figured i'd post the Unfinished Version for the lolz :>

Combat Trait

Death and Decay
Whenever nearby enemy Minions die they drop a piece of Flesh, Walking over them makes Kel'thuzad pick them up, after Gathering 15 Kel'thuzad's Death and Decay next cast also Summons a Flesh Monstrosity.

Death and decay creates a circle directly bellow Kel'Thuzad which restores 4$ of his Maximum Health to him every 2 Seconds and deals Moderate Damage to nearby enemies every 2 Seconds for 8 Seconds, When Used with 15 Flesh Kel'thuzad also spawns a Flesh Monstrosity next to him, this works like a weaker version of bosses, it has a Large amount of Health but -25 Armor making it easy to die to Heroes, the Monstrosity pushes down the nearest lane until it dies.

Cooldown: 15 Seconds

Primary Abilities

Frost Blast
Unleash an Icy Blast in a circle dealing Low Damage to all enemies hit and imparing their movement for 2 Seconds, Structures cannot fire for 2 Seconds, Minions and Mercenaries Cannot Move for 2 Seconds, Enemy Heroes are Slowed by 20% for 2 Seconds.

Cooldown: 4 Seconds

Shadow Fissure
Create a Shadow Fisure in an area which Lingers for 6 Seconds, enemies within take Small damage every second which is 50% stronger in Damage Against Structures, Shadow Fissure also has specific Interactions with Death and Decay and Frost Blast.

- Death and Decay: After using Shadow Fissure the Flesh Monstrosity's next Attack also triggers Shadow Fissure bellow the Target.

- Frost Blast: Frost Blasting an Enemy Hero within a Shadow Fissure roots them in place for 2 Seconds instead of Slowing them.

Cooldown: 14 Seconds

Shatter
Shatters all targets Frozen in place by Either Frost Blast or Shadow Fissure and Frost Blast, stunning them for 1.5 Seconds and causing them to deal Low Damage to all their nearby Allies, Shattered Heroes deal 150% Additional Damage.

Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Heroic Abilities

Portal: Azjol Nerub
Kel'thuzad picks a target and opens a portal, after 0.5 Seconds a Nerubian spawns from the Portal and Taunts the target stopping them from issuing Movement and Ability Commands for 2 Seconds and forcing them to Attack the Nerubian for the Duration, Killing Kel'thuzad or the Nerubian ends this effect prematurely.

The Nerubian has a High amount of Health but 0 Armor.

Cooldown: 75 Seconds

Frostbolt Volley
Kel'thuzad starts firing Frost Blasts in a large cone over 2 Seconds, all enemies within the Cone take Frost Blast's Damage 3 times over the Duration of the Ability, the Slow on Heroes Stacks, for Each additional Frost Blast they take the Duration of their Stun (Structures), Root (Minions and Mercenaries) or Slow (Heroes) is increased by 1 Second.

The Cooldown of Frostbolt Volley is reduced by 6 Seconds whenever non Frostbolt volley Frost Blasts deal damage to a Hero.

Cooldown: 30 Seconds
