Kel'Thuzad is a ranged assassin. He uses powerful spells to dominate his enemies from afar.

Dark Ritual
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Passive: Kel'Thuzad spends Dark Energy for his spells and abilities. Kel'Thuzad gains 2 Dark Energy every time a nearby minion dies, 3 for mercenaries and 6 for enemy heroes. Dark Energy limit is 200.
Active: Consumes allied minion and gains 60 Dark Energy over 6 seconds.

Frost Nova
Cost: 20 Dark Energy
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Ice explosion bursts from under the enemy unit, damaging main target and slowing it by 40% for 3 seconds. Enemies in medium range from the target receive only 50% of main damage and slow.

Deathchill
Cost: 15 Dark Energy
Cooldown: 8
Curses an enemy unit, decreasing its attack damage by 30% and slowing it by 25%. Both effects last 3 seconds. Can stack up to 3 charges.

Unstable Ghoul
Cost: 30 Dark Energy
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Sends an unstable ghoul at an enemy hero. If the ghoul reaches the target, he'll explode dealing high damage to it. But if the ghoul doesn't reach the target or if is killed, he explodes dealing 40% of its original damage to all enemies in medium range. Can stack up to 2 charges and lasts for 6 seconds.

Chilling Touch
Cost: 100 Dark Energy
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Passive: Kel'Thuzad's attacks slow enemy heroes, decresing their movement and attack spead by 20% for 0.5 seconds.
Active: Increases Kel'Thuzad's attack and cast range by 30% and increases duration of all slow effects applied by Kel'Thuzad by 1 second. The effect lasts for 6 seconds.
Level 20 Upgrade "Black Ice":
Passive: Slow effect is increased by 15% and lasts additional 0.25 seconds.
Active: Increases attack and cast range by additional 20%. Kel'Thuzad's slow effects also stun targets for 0.1 seconds when they expire.

Ziggurat
Cost: 130 Dark Energy
Cooldown: 70
Kel'Thuzad raises Ziggurat from the ground, stunning all enemies hit for 0.5 seconds and knocking them back from Ziggurat. Kel'Thuzad himself raises atop Ziggurat becomes immune to any damage and unable to move anywhere. While on Ziggurat, Kel'Thuzad's abilities have 80% bonus cast range. Ziggurat can be destroyed and if it is, Kel'Thuzad falls, stuns himself for 3 seconds and becoming Vulnerable, receiving 25% more damage for the same duration. This ability lasts for 15 seconds.
Level 20 Upgrade "Ghostly Necropolis":
Now summons Ghostly Necropolis, which can move with 60% of basic speed and passes through any obstacles. Also each spell cast causes souls caught in Necropolis to attack 2 nearby enemies (Heroes are preferred) dealing medium amount of damage.
Level 1 Talents:
1) Swift Ghoul (E): Increases ghoul's movement speed by 30%.
2) Long-lasting Chills (W): Duration increased by 1 second.
3) Running Duo (E):
Quest: Every time, ghoul reaches its target, reduces ability's cooldown by 0.1 seconds up to 2 seconds.
Reward: Upon reaching 2 seconds reduction, removes charges from this ability and causes it to summon 2 ghouls which run at the same target with 0.1 second delay.
Level 4 Talents:
1) Fast Converting (D): Instantly restores additional 30 Dark Energy when used, but gives only 45 Dark Energy over the same time.
2) Ice Flower (Q): Also leaves frosty area, which slows enemies in it by 15%. Last for 2 seconds.
3) Corrupted Ghoul (E): Increases main target damage by 100%, but reduces splash damage by 10%. This ability also costs 50% more Dark Energy.
4) Essence of Death (D): Minions' and mercenaries' deaths give 50% more Dark Energy.
Level 7 Talents:
1) Chilling Ghoul (E): If the ghoul reaches its target he leaves "Deathchill" effect on it and if he's killed, "Ice Nova" activates on his position for free.
2) Lich's Mastery:
Quest: Killing enemy heroes with "Unstable Ghoul" increases its duration by 0.2 seconds up to 2 seconds.
Quest: Killing enemy heroes with "Ice Nova" decreases its cooldown by 0.2 seconds up to 2 seconds.
Quest: Killing enemy heroes under "Deathchill" effect increases its duration by 0.2 seconds up to 2 seconds.
Reward: Upon reaching all three maximums, decreases cost of all abilities by 10 Dark Energy.
3) Soul Consume (D): Can target allied mercenaries, consuming 50% of their health and activating this ability.
Level 13 Talents:
1) Extreme Cold (W): Deathchill deals medium amount of damage to the enemies affected by "Ice Nova". This damage deals over 2 seconds.
2) Chilling Ghoul (E): Ghoul freezes any enemies he passes through for 0,5 seconds. Frozen enemies are unable to move.
3) Withering Cold (W): Enemies killed under "Deathchill" effect give 150% more Dark Energy
4) Greater Ice Nova (Q): Increases "Ice Nova" splash radius by 25% and slow duration by 1 second. "Ice Nova" now deals full damage to all enemies close to the main target.
Level 16 Talents:
1) Necromancy (D): Raises killed minion as a ghoul, who follows Kel'Thuzad for 30 seconds. Ghoul's stats are equal to 140% of died minion stats.
2) Shatter (Q): Enemies hit become vulnerable, increasing damage they receive by 25%.
3) Necrotic Blast (Q): Also creates basic unstable ghoul for every enemy killed, which rushes to the main target.
4) Death Grip: Replaces Kel'Thuzad's basic attack with channeling Death Grip. Death Grip deals 30% of basic attack damage every 0.25 seconds and slowly pulls the target towards Kel'Thuzad.

3) Immortality: Killing enemy heroes causes Kel'Thuzad to fully restore his health over 12 seconds.
4) Horrifying Ritual (D): "Dark Ritual" refreshes the cooldown of all basic abilities and decreases attack damage of nearby enemies and minions by 20%.
