Khadgar is one of the most powerful mages to have ever lived. He was the apprentice for the Last Guardian, Medivh, and went on to become one of the greatest heroes of the Alliance during the Second War and as a commander of the Alliance Expedition to Draenor, now in the Nexus.
[PASSIVE] The Conjurer: Each casted Orb grants Passives to Khadgar's basic attack:
(FROST ORB): Each Orb: Basic Attack slow the enemy by 3% for 1 Second(time don't stack!).
(ARCANE ORB): Each Orb: Basic Attack against an enemy Hero reduce all Conjure Abilities(except Heroics)'s Cooldown by 0.35 Seconds each.
(FIRE ORB): Each Orb: Increase Basic Attack damage by 5%.

Show in Orb Bar the current casted Orbs.
[PASSIVE] Khadgar has the Respawn Time increased by 15%.
[PASSIVE] Khadgar's death gives 10%(per level) bonus experience to enemy Heroes.

Khadgar combines the properties of the Orbs currently being manipulated to create a (NEW SPELL) by [ORB COMBINATION], consuming all current Orbs when uses the ability.
The sequence of Orbs does not affect anything. The current 3 Orb combination will be enable the "secondary" ability in [D] button.
The "secondary" ability(special ability selected by Orb Combination) will show in [D] button with icon and text like normal abilities, if 2 or less Orbs are casted, any ability will be enabled and the standard Conjure Icon will be showed.Cooldown: 0.25 seconds

2) Arcane Way - Quest: Use 30 Arcane Power Core abilities. Reward: Using an Arcane Power Core ability the Khadgar gains a Shield equal at current Mana Amount for 4 Seconds.
3) Fire Way - Quest: Deals 7500 damage with Fire Power Core abilities. Reward: Fire Power Core abilities Ignites enemy Heroes, dealing 50 damage per second for 5 seconds.
4) Hybrid Way - Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes to increase Khadgar's Mana regeneration by 0.15 per second, up to 1.5 per second. Reward: After gathering 10 Globes, Using an Ability from 1 Power Core will reduces the cooldown from other 2 Power Core Abilities by 5 seconds to each ability.

1) Frost Master: [Ice Nova] - Deals 40 Damage per second and increase the Slow to nearby enemies to 50%. [Frost Bomb] - Slow the target movement speed by 10% for the duration and deal 40 damage per second, but also increase the Cooldown by 20 seconds.
2) Arcane Master: [Rune of Power] - The Rune lasts 5 Seconds longer and increase the Spell Power amount by 20. [Blink] - Increase the Cast Range by 20% and Add 1 charge to Blink, but also increase the Cooldown by 20 seconds.
3) Fire Master: [Dragon's Breath] - Increases the damage by 200% and will stun the affected enemy by 3 seconds if burned enemy move over 6 units. [Meteor] - Meteor lands after 1.5 seconds and don't split the damage, but increase the Cooldown by 20 seconds.
4) The Master - Khadgar gains 5% of Spell Vamp for each Conjure Ability that is Ready (not cooldown). Maximum: 50% Spell Vamp.
TIER 7 (LEVEL 20)
1) Thunderbolxtreme [Thunderbolt] - Become Global. Lightning jump to all enemies in area of effect.
2) Suprise m********* [Mass Teleport] - Can Cast to any place on battleground.
3) ORBliterate[Orb Shot] - Applies the maximum effects from 3 Elemental Orbs(Slow from Frost Orb, Pause Cooldown from Arcane Orb and Damage from Fire Orb) with following Orb-composition(1 Frost Orb, 1 Arcane Orb and 1 Fire Orb). Also increase the Orb damage when pull back by 300%.
4) Elemental Advantage[PASSIVE] - Damage from "Secondaries" abilities and Orb Shot apply an Elemental Mark on Enemies Heroes for 5 seconds. Based on:
- Power Core Elemental(Frost, Arcane and Fire) from "Secondaries" abilities
- Orb Shot Elemental(Predominant Orb casted, EX: 2 Frost Orb and 1 Fire Orb)
Enemies Heroes with "Elemental Mark" receives 35% bonus damage from abilities with Advantageous Element: Frost damage in Arcane mark Arcane damage in Fire mark Fire damage in Frost mark.
CONCEPT
Khadgar is the most powerful archmage on the Nexus. He can conjure powerful abilities from the manipulation of Elemental Orbs. He can manipulate up to 3 Orbs at same time, and the combination of elements will affect his abilities. Khadgar starts with little mana, a standard ability, and chooses the path of learning his abilities in level 1 talent. Each level up his power increases with new abilities(1 per level, lvl1 at lvl9), and his mana increases more than the standard mages.
This hero concept is focused in complexity, with style from Magicka game and a touch from the hero DOTA's Invoker(floating orbs, to help your enemies see what you are planning to cast rsrs), has cast in a variety of spells to do damage, or help your allies, using genuinely the Warcraft Mage abilities. He has a big variety of builds to fit optimally in your team:
Hybrid build(focused 34% damage, 33% CC, 33% utility) - Recommended to learn to play, or to general gameplay.
Frost build(focused 50% damage, 25% CC, 25% utility) - Recommended to do so much slow. Arcane build(focused 25% damage, 25% CC, 50% utility) - Recommended to play safely. Fire build(focused 80% damage, 5% CC, 15% utility) - Recommended to do deal high damage.

Khadgar has a hard but rewarding gameplay. The true Archmage !!! But don't feed! Khadgar's death is great to enemies, gains extra experience, care with your low life and help the your team like Medivh master has taught.

I must say that I really enjoy this concept. While abilites may not be very unique, the idea of using orbs for conjuring certain spells adds complexity and makes Khadgar feel unique.
