Khadgar is perhaps the most accomplished of all living wizards and one of the most powerful mage in Azerothian history. He was an apprentice to the Guardian Medivh, until he helped defeat his master. Though cursed with frailty and age, Khadgar nevertheless has been an exemplar for the Alliance, destroying the Dark Portal in the Second War, leading the Alliance Expedition to Draenor, and counterattacking against the Burning Legion and all who would threaten his world with annihilation.

Launches bolts of arcane energy at the enemy target, causing 90 damage (+30 per level up). Cooldown 4 seconds.

Slows target by 50% for 3 seconds.

Increases all spell damage done by up to 16% for the next 5 seconds.

Arcane Missles
Launches five waves of Arcane Missiles at every enemy in the radius of 10 meters over 2 sec, causing 75 damage per wave. (+ 40 per lvl) Cannot be Avoided.
In WoD he invokes 3 elements (Fire, Frost and Arcane) and fuses them all into his spells, I'd rather see him elaborate on that and give a pure Arcane role to someone else like a D3 Wizard.
