Apprentice of Medivh [Kit Overhaul]

Khadgar, Apprentice to Medivh, Lord Wizard, Archmage of the Kirin-Tor, Dadgar, among numerous other titles, is a master of versatile spellcasting, and utilizing multiple elemental effects.

Active; Behold. Buttons.
Khadgar begins focusing magical energy for up to 5 seconds. During this time, his Q, W, and E keys are switched to Arcane, Fire, and Frost respectively and he begins quickly regenerating Mana at a rate of .5% per .1 seconds. If Khadgar does not pick an element within the time window, it automatically cycles to the next in line(Arcane > Fire > Frost > Arcane).

Cooldown - 5 seconds, starting after an element is chosen.

[Q] - Arcane Pulse
Arcane; Active;
Khadgar focuses magic in target location over 0.5 seconds, before causing a powerful blast of arcane energy, dealing 120(+4%/level) damage to enemies caught inside. When Arcane Pulse only damages one enemy, refund its Mana cost.

Cast Range - 5.0
Radius - 1.0
Cooldown - 2 seconds.
Cost - 10% Mana.

[W] - Arcane Shockwave
Arcane; Active; Begone, Thot Knave!
Khadgar quickly unleashes a wave of arcane energy in target direction, dealing 140(+4%/level) damage to all enemies hit and knocking them back 2.5 units.

Range - 4.0
Area - 80° Cone.
Travel Speed - 8.0 unit/s.
Cooldown - 12 seconds.
Cost - 15% Mana.

Arcane; Active; Poof
Khadgar blinks forwards 3.5 units in the direction he is currently facing. His next Arcane ability cast within the next 3 seconds is enhanced: [Q] - Arcane Pulse will strike instantly; [W] - Arcane shockwave’s area(not range) is increased by 100%.
(Shimmer is not targeted.)

Cooldown - 14 seconds.
Cost - 15% Mana.

[Q] - Flame Lance
Fire; Active; Buuuurn
Khadgar unleashes a lance shaped blast of flame in target direction. Every 0.1 seconds the lance is in contact with an enemy, 0.25 units are removed from its length(From the front/back edge, based on the target’s location), dealing 50(+4%/level) damage to that enemy.

Width - 0.8
Travel Speed - 7.5 units/s
Cooldown - 11 seconds.
Cost - 15% Mana.

[W] - Meteoric Crash
Fire; Active; Crash..
Khadgar conjures and calls down a fire imbued meteor, which crashes into the target location after 1.5 seconds, dealing 340(+4%/level) damage to all enemies in the area and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. While the meteor is falling, Khadgar can reactivate Meteoric Crash to detonate the meteor, causing fiery chunks to rain across a variable area depending on when it was recast.

Cast Range - 7.0
Meteor Radius - 0.75
Cooldown - 15 seconds.
Cost - 25% Mana.

Fire; Active; .. And Burn
Khadgar detonates the meteor early, causing a variable effect based on how quickly he recast:
0-0.5 seconds - The chunks rain across a large area, dealing 160(+4%/level) damage.
0.51-1.0 seconds - The chunks rain across a medium area, dealing 220(+4%/level) damage.
1.01+ seconds - The chunks rain across a small area, dealing 280(+4%/level) damage.

Small Radius - 1.25
Medium Radius - 1.75
Large Radius - 2.25

[E] - Flare Blast
Fire; Active; Styling on Enemies
Khadgar conjures an orb of fire, quickly circling it around himself at a distance of 0.2 units before launching it in the targeted direction. The orb leaves a trail of fire for 3 seconds that deals 20(+4%/level) damage per 0.5 seconds, and detonates on the first enemy hero hit, dealing 240(+4%/level) damage in an area and leaving fire in that area.

Orb Speed - 13 units/s
Cooldown - 11 seconds.
Cost - 15% Mana.

Frost; Active; "What do you mean this isn't how Flurry works?"
Khadgar gathers frost quickly before quickly unleashing it in front of him, unleashing a conal blast and three bolts of frost in a tight cone. Enemies hit by the bolts take 160(+4%/level) damage and are slowed by 20% for 1 second, while enemies hit by the cone take 220(+4%/level) damage and are slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds.

Frost; Active; Frost Blast V0.25
Khadgar conjures an orb of frost and launches it at the target location on the ground. On impact, it deals 180(+4%/level) damage and freezes the area around it for 3 seconds. Enemies on the frozen ground take 40(+4%/level) damage per second and are slowed by 25%.

Cast Range - 6.5.
Bomb Speed - 9.75 units/s.
Radius - 1.75.
Cooldown - 14 seconds.
Cost - 20% Mana.

Frost; Active; Icy Pew
Khadgar builds up frost for 0.4 seconds, before firing a frost beam in the targeted direction for 1 second. The first enemy hit by the beam takes 20(+4.25%/level) damage per 0.1 seconds and is rooted for 0.2 seconds, stacking with every tick of damage.

Heroic Abilities

[R] - Prismatic Crystal
Active; When you thought Khadgar had reasonable AoE
Khadgar conjures a large Prismatic Crystal at target location, which blocks pathing. While the Crystal is alive, Khadgar may cast his spells into it, causing the spells to deal 150% of their normal damage split evenly across all enemies nearby the Crystal. AoE abilities deal damage as if they were hitting a number of targets equal to the enemies in the Crystal’s area of effect. The Prismatic Crystal has 2000(+4%/level) health, takes damage equal to what it deals to enemies, and can be damaged and destroyed by enemy attacks. The Crystal fades after 10 seconds, if it’s still alive.

Damage Radius - 3.0
Cooldown - 90 seconds.
Cost - 35% Mana.

Passive; Khadgar can use lightning. Fite me.
Passive: Khadgar regains an extra 0.25%(+0%/level) Mana per 0.1 seconds while selecting an element with Archmage, and when switching between elements, he may now select Lightning with [R], granting him access to 3 new spells.

Element: THUNDAH
Khadgar finishes focusing his power, and readies his arsenal of Lightning spells. Lightning spells are focused on high impact effects with long cooldowns.

[Q] - Electrostatic Blast
Lightning; Active; Shocking
Khadgar begins focusing power towards target location over 1 second, causing static to form in target area and the area between it and Khadgar. The area between Khadgar and the target area is the area between the external tangent lines of his hitbox and the target. Enemies in the area of the static take 20 damage every 0.25 seconds. This damage stuns for 0.01 seconds, interrupting channels. After the 1 second channel, Khadgar unleashes a powerful electric blast at the target area, dealing 360 damage, stunning for 1 second, and applying Static for 5 seconds.

Cast Range - 6.5
Radius - 2.0
Cooldown - 24 seconds.
Cost - 30% Mana.

[W] - Thundering Bolt
Lightning; Active; Thunderous
Khadgar gathers lightning over 0.4 seconds, causing a quick series of 3 harmless flashes across Thundering Bolt’s primary area of effect during this time. After the delay, Khadgar unleashes a powerful blast of lightning across the targeted area, dealing 280(+4%/level) damage to the first enemy in the line, and 140(+4%/level) damage to all enemies past that, knocking them all back 3 units over 0.4 seconds. Enemies in an outer range around the target area are knocked back from the area 1 unit over 0.1 seconds.

[E] - Overcharged Orb
Lightning; Active; Electrifying
Khadgar condenses lightning into an orb over 1 second, before throwing the orb in the targeted direction. Enemies around the orb take 10(+4%/level) damage per 0.25 seconds, and enemies inside the orb take 50(+4.25%/level) damage per 0.25 seconds. For every 0.01 units the orb has traveled, its size and damage is reduced by 1%.

Orb Speed - 2.5 units/s
Cooldown - 26 seconds.

Talents

Level 1|Tier 1
Magical Familiar - Khadgar gains a basic attacking companion.
Khadgar becomes permanently accompanied by a Familiar that basic attacks his basic attack target with him for an extra 20(+4%/level) spell damage, and an additional secondary effect based on Khadgar

Skin Concepts

Khadgar the Purple
Based in Dragon Shire, but based off of Lord of the Rings, giving Khadgar a look akin to Gandalf(Only purple). Gives him a unique kill quote towards the last opponent to ride in the Dragon Knight, assuming they haven't died since they've been in it(Or give Diablo a skin reminiscent of the Balrog, and have Khadgar say this to it, or give some other hero that skin):
'You cannot pass!'
