a master of fire and arcane Khdgar is a mage that brings lots of utility to other mages and counters aa, can cast banish to either debuff an enemy or save an ally.

(i have seen lots of concepts making Khadgar an arcane mage exclusively, but he is originally more of a fire mage in canon (the book "the last guardian").

passive- critical mass
some of your ability and every 3rd aa apply critical mass on enemy targets.
targets affected with critical mass will take additional 100 damage (+50 per charge) on the next ability damage inflicted to it by your allies and not you, last up to 4 sec or until used, can store up to 3 charges.

active- Brilliance Aura-
active to regen 100 mana over 5 sec to all nearby friendly heroes and make their abilities recharge 50% faster.
200 sec cd, reduce cd by 5 sec per critical mass charge activate.
Primary Abilities

[Q] cinderstorm-
shot 3 fire missiles that hits targets in a medium in succession (~0.5 sec delay between each other) dealing 160 damage each to the healthiest enemy target in the aoe (preferring heroes) and apply critical mass on them.
6 sec cd (after it ends), 50 mana.

[W] rune of power-
after 1 sec delay, create a rune on the ground for 4 sec and increase friendly heroes ability power by 10% and grant them 50 shield every second for 2 seconds.
reactivate to to push enemies a medium distance toward a targeted direction from the rune dealing 70 damage (the rune stays) and apply critical mass on them.
14 sec cd, 70 mana.

[E] Banish
turns a targeted hero ethereal make it evade all aa and ignore body block but it cannot aa, if its an enemy also apply 3 charges of critical mass on it, and slow it by 25%, last 2 sec.
14 sec cd, 100 mana.

create a crystal at a target location for up to 10 sec, if it takes any ability damage from you or an enemy it will release a burst of energy dealing 100 damage over 1 sec to a large aoe and slow enemies by 30% for 2 sec, can occur up to 5 times.
activates critical mass.
70 sec cd, 70 mana.

Blazing Barrier
target gain 300 shield, any enemy that aa the target will be affected with critical mass, last 3 sec.
20 sec cd, 40 mana.
Talents
tier 1
- increase mana regen to 200
- aa vs targets with 3 charges, activate them.
- reveal a medium aoe arround the rune and increase rune duration by 1 sec.
tier 2
- increase cast range by 30%, and reduce the delay between missiles by 50% (to 0.25 sec)
- hittong an enemy hero increase ability power bonus to 25%.
- casting on an ally reduce the cd by 4 sec, and refund 50 mana.
tier 3
- increase base damage to 150.
- if 3 missiles hit the same target, reduce the cd by 3 sec
- hitting an enemy grant allies 150 shield immediately.
tier 5
- increase the slow on enemy target to 35% and increase allies speed by 20%.
- reduce enemies ability power by 40%
- gain 5% ability power for 10 sec each time a critical mass is activate up to 25% ability power
tier 6
- increase number of missiles to 5 but the cd by 2 as well
- increase duration by 0.75 sec.
- rune can be reactivate a 2nd time.
tier 7
- each explosion after the first is 25% stronger up to 100%
- upon expiring or if the shield is destroyed, deal 100 damage to enemies around the target and applying 3 charges of critical mass to all enemies in a medium aoe around it.
- makes friendly target unstoppable for 1 sec.
- reduce cd to 100 sec.
