Tier 1 talents:
-Quest: every regeneration globe collected increases inferno blast's damage by .5% per globe up to a maximum of 20 globes
Reward: upon reaching 20 globes inferno blast's damage will be increased by an additional 5% for a 15% increase in total
-Presence of mind now reduces the mana cost of the next spell by 50%
-If Khadgar's completes an entire channel of arcane missiles 25% of the mana used is refunded for every stack adding up to a maximum of 75%
-for every enemy effected by frost bomb's slow refunds 20% of the mana cost for the frostbomb
Tier 2 talents:
-Everytime frostbomb deals damage it grants ice shards
Ice shards: shards of ice form over Khadgar's head that deal 125 damage per shard, shards are released when magic missiles are activated maximum of 5 shards
-Inferno blast now applies ignite to all targets in a small radius
Ignite: a damage overtime effect that deals 200 damage over 5 seconds and has a 20% chance to reset the cooldown of Inferno blast
-Gathering power
-Arcane missiles now applies Magic sickness
Magic sickness: makes target's less resistant to magic increasing the damage they take from the next spell Khadgar casts by 15%
Tier 3 talents:
-Everytime Inferno blast is used it increases frost bomb's damage by 15% and vice versa
-Frost bomb now applies shatter to all enemies effected by it
Shatter: increases the damage they take from the next khadgar ability by 20% lasts 4 seconds, will apply to the enirity of magic missiles not just the first set
-Everytime Arcane missiles deals damage it reduces the damage Khadgar's takes from the next basic ability by 15% stacking up to 45%
-Activate combustion: to cause your next Inferno blast to deal 50% increased damage to all targets in a small radius 60 second cooldown, no cost
Tier 4 talents:
-Evanesce
-Prismatic Crystal
Tier 5 talents:
-Arcane missiles deals additional damage equal to 2.5% of the targets maximum health per stack of magical infusion used, stacking up to a maximum of 7.5% per bolt
-Frost bomb now detonates 2 additional times ticks every half second after the original detonation
-Presence of mind reduces the cooldown of the spell it's used on by 50%
-Inferno blast generates an additional charge of magical infusion when it hits an enemy hero
Tier 6 talents:
-Presence of mind now generates an additional stack of magical infusion
-Inferno blast now has 2 charges
-Presence of mind now benefits arcane missiles by making the missiles be cast 50% faster
-Frost bomb now roots enemies effected by the explosion in a small radius for 1.5 seconds after first detonation
Tier 7 talents:
-Evanesce now has no mana cost
-Prismatic Crystal now lasts 2 seconds longer
-Arcane missiles no longer has a cooldown
-Bolt of the storm
