Kharazim, despite being classified as a healer, never fulfills that role. His talents and variety are in a bad state too.
The idea behind this rework is to turn the Veradani Monk into an actual healer while improving all three paths of his talents.

Seven-Sided Strike (Reworked R1)
Mana: 77 Cooldown: 50 seconds
Become Invulnerable and strike 7 times over 1.5 seconds. Each strike hits the highest Health nearby enemy Hero with a Basic Attack that deals an additional damage equal to 5% of their maximum Health.
Strikes now count as Basic Attacks and thus activate Epiphany and other effects activated by Basic Attacks.

Increase the bonus damage of 3rd Basic Attack to 80%. ❢Quest: Activate Epiphany 100 times. ❢Reward: Increase the bonus damage of 3rd Basic Attack to 120%.
Insight (Reworked) Epiphany restores 100% more Mana. ❢Quest: Activate Epiphany 100 times. ❢Reward:Epiphany reduces the cooldown of Basic Abilities by 1.5 seconds.
LEVEL 4
Spirit Ally (Reworked)
Mystic Ally lasts 2 seconds longer and heals nearby allied Heroes for the same amount as Epiphany every second. Passive:Epiphany also heals an ally for 1% of their maximum Health.
Earth Ally (Reworked)
Mystic Ally has 50% more Health and grants nearby allied Heroes 40 Physical Armor. Passive:Epiphany grants the healed ally 20 Physical Armor for 2 seconds.
Air Ally (Reworked)
Mystic Ally reveals the area around it and grants 20% bonus damage to nearby allied Heroes. Passive:Epiphany grants the healed ally 10% bonus damage for 2 seconds.

Mantra of Conviction (New)
Radiant Dashing to an enemy Slows them by 20% for 2 seconds.
Radiant Dashing to an ally grants you and them 20% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
Mantra of Salvation (New)
Radiant Dashing to an enemy grants you 30 Armor for 2 seconds.
Radiant Dashing to an ally grants you and them 15 Armor for 2 seconds.
Mantra of Healing (New)
Radiant Dash heals you for 55.
Radiant Dashing to an enemy heals for 110 instead.

Heavenly Zeal (Moved from Level 7)(Reworked)
Breath of Heaven's Movement Speed bonus lasts for 2 additional seconds.
Breathe of Heaven makes allies receive 20% increased healing for 3 seconds.
Echo of Heaven (Moved from Level 16)(Reworked)
Breath of Heaven's cooldown is increased by 4 seconds, but it heals a second time 2 seconds later.
Inner Sanctuary (New)
Breath of Heaven creates a runic circle for 5 seconds that heals allies within for 60 every second.

Blazing Fists (Moved from Level 7)(Reworked)
While Deadly Reach is active, Basic Attacks reduce the Armor of enemies hit by 3 for 2 seconds, up to 30.
Relentless Assault (New)
Increase the Attack Speed bonus of Deadly Reach to 150%.
Every 3rd Basic Attack reduces the cooldown of Deadly Reach by 0.5 seconds.
Harmony (New)
While Deadly Reach is active, gain 30% Spell Power and Radiant Dashing to an ally refreshes the duration.

Peaceful Repose
Healing bonus increased from 75% to 100%.
Way of the Hundred Fists (Moved from Level 16)(Reworked)
Radiant Dashing to an enemy launches a rapid volley of 6 Basic Attacks dealing 50% damage each.
If Insight is completed, Radiant Dash gains 2 additional charges.
Serenity (New)
Breath of Heaven makes allies Unkillable and Unstoppable for 1 second.
If Transcendence is completed, Breath of Heaven's radius is increased by 25%.
Cyclone Strikes (New)
While Deadly Reach is active, Basic Attacks Slow enemies hit by 5% for 2 seconds, up to 50%.
If Iron Fists is completed, Deadly Reach costs no Mana.
