Combat Trait

If Cho or Gall are chosen as the Fated Killer, either one can kill Kilrogg. If the Lost Vikings are the Fated Killer, any of the three can kill him.

If Kilrogg is reduced to 1 Health, he gains the Wounded debuff reducing his Damage, Basic Attack Speed, and Movement Speed by 40% and he cannot capture Objectives, this slow does not effect your speed while Mounted. Wounded can only be removed by healing back to 50% health.

Honestly, at first glance, this dude seems overpowered. However, the fact that when he hits 1 health he cannot cap objectives, loses incredible amount of stats (that aren't even high to begin with) and can just get stunned and rooted to hell makes him pretty balanced. People need to understand that the Unkillable status does not mean the hero is immune to all but one hero. It just means that only 1 hero can reduce him below 1 health. This means all the other heroes can still reduce him to 1 health (which makes him weak as hell) and they can just root and stun him (because their durations are increased by 25%) until the Fated Killer arrives. If the Fated Killer is someone like Tracer who can be everywhere at once, Killrog is actually pretty underpowered. Imagine having someone like Stitches be the Fated Killer.. his poison would kill Killrog, and even his Gas Flare talent would kill him with no effort needed. I don't know what people are saying calling him overpowered tbh.. it's not even like Killrog could push down forts and keeps willy nilly just because the Fated Killer is dead, once his health hits 1, his attack speed and damage is reduced. Combine that with the attack speed debuff that the forts and keeps inflict, and Killrog is going to be doing so little damage to the point of uselessness. 0.25 attacks a second in that situation, dealing 50 (4%) each 0.25 seconds. Worthless. Good concept!

The way Kilrog's trait is now, making him unkillable to all but one target, is in my personal opinion, not a good idea. At all.
While Kilrog's lower than average stats and other features do help in balancing out the benefits of the trait, it also means that the selected target is going to have to babysit Kilrog for the entire match in order to stop him from snowballing forts and skirmishes. It would suck the fun out of the experience for the unfortunate player by forcing them to constantly hunt down this one target, along with their team as there will basically be no point in trying to take Kilrog down if the Fated Killer Gets axed or doesn't show up.
It's like fighting Tracer or Lunara: Not unbeatable, just unfun.

A way to counter this would be to have it work more like Alarak's Right of Rak'Shir or by reducing the Unkillable status to just a few seconds upon receiving lethal damage.

5/13/18 Update: Modernised Kilrogg's kit, gave him a new, much more interesting second ultimate, and completely reworked his talents.

This concept is great, at least, to me. He seems relatively balanced, and the trait is something I love(It's a really cool gimmick), and I'd play him a lot. It might be overpowered, but, I think that someone could balance it if Blizzard added him with this concept for a base.

All in all, well done. (^_^)
