Kil'Ruk (WIP)

Klaxxi Paragon

Kil'ruk is a vicious Melee Assassin who can isolate his targets and excels when paired with allies that can apply Crowd Control and Poison.

Combat Trait

1
Expose Veins
Enemies hit by spell damage from Kil'Ruk will be marked for 2.5 seconds. Marked enemies are revealed and will have the next instance of CC or DoT placed on them will be doubled in potency. Moves that apply multiple effects will have all of those effects doubled.

Slows: Slow amount doubled, up to 90% maximum.
Root, Stun, Silence: Duration doubled.
Poison/Burn/DoT: Damage per second doubled.

Primary Abilities

Diving Strike
Cooldown: 12 seconds (MAX), 4 Seconds (MIN)
Mana Cost:

Leap toward a target location, dealing damage in a 180 degree cleave in the direction of travel. The distance traveled determines the Cooldown and damage, with longer dives having higher damage but long cooldowns.

Damage Max: 260 (+4%)

Amber Stasis
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Mana Cost:

Surround yourself in a ? Hp cocoon of hardened amber, entering Stasis for 3 seconds. If the Amber casing survives the whole duration, heal for 40% of your total Hp and shed all other negative effects. If it is destroyed, reset the cooldown of all other Basic Abilities.

Abduct
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Mana Cost:

Dig your claws into a nearby target, dealing ? damage and stunning them, then fly backward while dragging them with you for 2.5 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Wind-Reaver
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Mana Cost:

Kil'ruk starts spinning with immense force, pulling targets toward him like a vacuum. Targets withing range of his spinning blades take ? damage per second. Kil'ruk can move at 40% reduced speed while channeling.

Kyparite Shackle
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Mana Cost:

Hurl a blob of liquid Amber in a straight line, sticking to the first Enemy Hero it hits. Target is slowed by 10% and revealed for 10 seconds. Each of Kil'ruk's Basic Attacks increases the slow of Kyparite Shackle by 10%, up to 90%.

Talents

WIP: Subject to change, revision and restructuring.

Level 1

Weakening Strikes [Passive]
Every Third consecutive Basic Attack against a target strikes with both blades, dealing double damage and applying Exposed Veins.

Venom of Xaril [Active]
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to make your next Basic Attack poison the target for 65 damage per second. slow the target by 20% for 3 seconds. This can benefit from Expose Veins.

Death From Above [Q]
Cleave hits all around you and deals 100% of the damage.

Level 4

75 Strides [Q]
Increase range of Diving Strike by 20% percent and Max damage potential accordingly.

Carry Off [E]
Abduct can move over terrain, but moves 15% slower.

Level 7

Amber of the Prime [W]
Amber Stasis gains 40 Spell Armor, and makes you Unstoppable for 1 second if it survives full duration.

Caustic Amber [W]
Amber Stasis deals a 20% Movement and Attack Speed slow to nearby enemies if it breaks.

Paragon Synergy [D]
Expose Veins now lasts 3 seconds. Basic Attacks refresh the duration by 1 second.

Level 10

HEROICS

Level 13

Battle Hardened Shell [Q]
Gain 10 Physical Armor for each Hero you damage with Diving Strike, up to 50 Armor, for 4 seconds.

Level 16

Executioner [Passive]
Attacking a Hero that is Slowed, Rooted, or Stunned increases your Basic Attack damage by 30% for 3 seconds.

Paragon's Purpose [Passive]
Heal for 30% of your missing Hp whenever an allied Hero dies nearby.

Level 20

Bloodbath [R1]
Heal for ? Hp for every enemy unit you hit with Wind-Reaver. Healing is doubled against heroes.

Helpless Prey [R2]
Target's attack speed is slowed by half of it's movement speed slow.
