Ammo Cache: Remote Wasp cooldown reduced by 14 seconds and reduce the cooldown of Tactical Items by 2 seconds.

Incendiary Shells: Merciless' empowered attacks deal an additional 4% of enemies' max health over 4 seconds.

Homing Bombs: Hover Bombs last 2 seconds longer and will pursue enemy heroes that get too close.

Lightstone: Gain 25 armor,
12 (+ 4%lvl) health regen, and 30% increased sight radius.
