Every three seconds, Vashj gets an arrow, up to 100 (when near allied fort, keep or core, she gains three arrows per second instead). When toggled on, basic abilities deal damage to all enemies within her attack range at the cost of arrows (one arrow per enemy hit beyond the first).

Frost Shot
Vashj fires an arrow in a straight path, that stops at the first enemy hit, dealing 125~405 damage and slowing by 50% for 4 seconds. This applies effects on-hit.
Note that it also applies Follow Through buff, so it actually will deal it's damage increased by 40% of your attack.

When toggled on, absorb 13,25~42,98 damage at the cost of 1% of your max Mana.

Activate to gain a buff for 12 seconds that causes your attacks to deal an additional 50~162 damage to up to 4 targets within 5 units of eachother. Mana: 70 Cooldown: 80 seconds

Vashj creates sopts at her and target location for 5 seconds. She and allies can use it to instantly teleport to the other one. Mana: 60 Cooldown: 70 seconds Range: 19 (Cast Range)
Special Mount

Slither
Instead of mounting, Vashj can activate this ability to increase her movement speed by 40% for 4 seconds. This ability refreshes 150% faster when out of combat. Cooldown: 60 seconds
Tier 1 Talents
Sea Witch's Pursuit: Collecting Globes permanently increases mana regeneration by 0,05 and damage of Forked Lightning by 2.
Mana Shell: When Mana Shield is active, you cannot take damage freater than your maximum mana.
Seasoned Marksman
Lightning Culling: Damage done to non-heroic targets increased by 75%.
Tier 2 Talents
Fully Charged: Forked Lightning's cone width increased by 5% and it can now hit 4 targets.
Slippery: Cooldown of Slither decreased by 5 seconds and duration increased by 0,5 seconds.
Vampiric Assault
Frozen Reach: Increases range of Frost Shot by 40%.
Tier 3 Talents
Battle Momentum
Surging Lightning: Casting Forked Lightning increases your attack speed by 60% and movement speed by 25%. This effect decays over 2,5 seconds.
Frost Bomb: Frost Shot now has explosion radius 2 and can be detonated manually.
Mana Flow: Increases mana regeneration by 66% when Mana Shield is toggled off.
First Aid
Tier 4 Talents
Eye of the Storm: Your attacks deal an additional chain damage to enemies for the duration.
Water Tunnel: Create a tunnel that can be used to quickly move from one to the other spot.
Tier 5 Talents
Giant Slayer
Hamstring Shot: Frost Shot's slow increased to 100%. decaying to 50% over the duration.
Mind Freeze Shot: Enemies hit by Frost Shot are silenced for 1,5 seconds.
Frost Shield: Hitting enemy Hero with Frost Shot grants you a shield for 2 seconds with 250~811 health. When the shield collapses, slow all enemies within your attack range by 100% decaying over 0,75 seconds.
Tier 6 Talents
Flash Freeze Shot: Enemies hit by Frost Shot are stuned for 1,25 seconds.
Focused Lightning: Decreases Forked Lightning's Cone Width by 20%, but makes your primary target vulnerable for 4 seconds, causing them to take an additional 25% damage.
Frost Arrows: Your basic attacks deal an additional 20% damage and slow enemies hit for 1 second by 20%.
Mana Protection: When you are struck with a crowd-control effect when your Mana Shield is toggled on, drain 15% of your max Mana to remove this effect.
Tier 7 Talents
Matron's Shroud: Casting this ability also gives you 30% of your max Health as a shield for the duration and restores 17% mana over the duration.
Underwater Connections: Water Tunnel now holds two charges that can be used in a quick succession.
Nexus Frenzy
Bottomless Quiver: Increases arrows gained from your trait by 200%.
